The Crash Mode can also be reset mechanically. Suspend rear wheel- Crank the wheel around while simultaneously manipulating by hand the rear derailleur to the largest cog. This should let the servo drive disc reset to the derailleur actuator disc/arm (visible on the wheel side of the derailleur). The Di2 function should shift as normal after this procedure.
Thank you so much for your hard work! 😊 I wanted to ask something unrelated: 🤔 I have a set of words 🤷♂️. (behave today finger ski upon boy assault summer exhaust beauty stereo over). I’d be grateful for some help. 🙌
Thanks for the breakdown! 🤔 Need some advice: 🙏 I have a set of words 🤷♂️. (behave today finger ski upon boy assault summer exhaust beauty stereo over). How do I use this? 🤨
I really appreciate your efforts! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (air carpet target dish off jeans toilet sweet piano spoil fruit essay). How can I transfer them to Binance?
There are more complex and in depth videos, but if you just want to get your shifting smooth without doing a deep dive, this video is fantastic and succinct!
My old 99 Hardtail Jumper of Stumps is pretty retro. 8 speed XT/XTR/Whatever/Judy, with an 11x28, 42x32x22. Retro old Mango. 26" RETRO wheels. 1.9 in back, 2-1/4 in front. 1985?? That's not old. I started racing on an 85 Cannonwhale.
Really need more TV's in the back so I can use my Playstation on the trail! My 5ft7 wife can ride my Marin XL with the steep sta\slack HTA, reach is the short! The dropper jacked to the max is a nice touch!
My frame set is Pinarello Dogma 60.1 year 2011. I am going to install SRAM Red 22 crank set with BB30 PF 30 spindle.(non drive side crank arm is permanently fitted with bb30 pf30 spindle) According to Pinarello Dogma 60.1 frame specs, bottom bracket they recommend is Italian threaded, 70mm. Please advise which bottom bracket I must buy. Thanks,
How about the housing on rim brakes, how do i create slack on the rear brake so i can move and clean and lube the cable and housing? Rear brake caliper does not return fully when i release the sti lever, and there is squeaking somewhere on the rear brake caliper. I got no cable cutter, just regular pliers, why i do not want to fully remove the cable and housing as cable could get frayed.
Just curious about the abbey x sram dub bb tool, I saw in your v1 tool box video it had a sort of inner guide to stop it slipping off the bb. I can’t find it on the sramnation website, just wondering where you got it? Cheers
Hi there, this one I got at sea otter a long time ago so it might have been a V1 version or something. Still working great though I don't see it on the abbey site anymore, might be worth shooting them an email.
At 2.54 on this video the rear brake inner cable seems not to be routed over the caliper arm but outward of it...Neither of these two options look right please can you help?
I have "upgraded my Trek Madone 5.9 kammtail to these brakes...nowhere on the Shimano help was shown the rear brake cable run, at 0.58 you "thankfully" have a still showing clearly the brake inner cable pivoting over the caliper, is that right? what is the torque for this...and finally what do you make of those soft metal 2mm threadlock coated adjusters, I had to hacksaw a notch in the front one on first use...it rounded out, the back one is also brand new and even more poorly designed, and i cant move it...caveat emptor...they are expensive but my o my!
Cascade link went over center over compressed rear shock jamb rear tire against seatpost I went over the bars took 3 mechanics to pull it out sent link and frame to cascade for evaluation and they could not find anything wrong except minor bearing wear and they sent all it back said tuff pal we can’t find any fault with our product. Lesson learned Factory engineers design frames best not to try to make a frame travel further than it was designed for! Now I’m stuck with a damaged $4k carbon frame front triangle. I changed back to Santa Cruz standard link to be safe. I have videos without shock on that I sent to cascade they you can see how link allows head of bolt gouge into frame and jamb
On EPS derailleurs, turning the H screw clockwise moves the pulley closer to the cassette and turning it counterclockwise moves it away from the cassette. This is the opposite to what is shown in your video so a bit confusing for those of us with EPS
