i always go to the japanese version rather than the US version better design and more accurate ...all my collections are japanese most but still all atleast show accurate
After how Cosmic Fury was handled poorly, the Zeo Megazord can come off the Top 5 seat and replace it with the Cosmic Fury--no, I want to come clean and say its real name: Kyurenoh. Never am I ever calling the Cosmic Fury Zords by their localized names, I'm sticking to their real names and just distance Kyuranger from Cosmic Fury out of spite.
The 2017 movie was all forced to a degree, and bad timing led to the entire movie series canned on the spot, particularly for one reason in two words: Hasbro buyout. It dominoed to killing the franchise in extension, because while Brian Goldner liked the franchise which led to buying PR without asking the rest of the higher-ups, those same higher-ups do not share the sentiment, and ran it down the ground the instant Goldner died. If there is one group left who could buy this franchise, it's Toei themselves.
Fair enough that Bandai redesigned the original Dairen-oh and added improved figures of the Dairangers that stand on top of the Zords. The major bonus many wanted are the Lai-Lai Jewels, and a complete set at that, because we only got Red and White's Jewels that light up. Also, in your opinion, do you wish Bandai Japan would reissue the Legacy Ninja Megazord and Falconzord so that they can make a proper Shogun Megazord branded under the Super Sentai Artisan line? Of course it's Kakuranger and they got better for their last run but failed to make the Shogun Megazord before the buyout is complete, but one can still dream because Zordbuilder can still breathe new life to that.
the shikenger megazord is way better than the American version because the Japanese one has more paint, and they can fold up its shapes plus I have the hurricanger megazord and I love that one
The coolest morpherer as of now is the Ohger Callibur including the Zero as well as the Kumunos Slayer. The design is not only cool but also very luxurious.
For the red zord you need to split the front of the car there's a gap for the head once is there close it back and here you go that's how to store the head
The Power Spheres were my most favorite in Ninja Storm. I sometimes call them Bonus Weapons. My most favorites were the Spin Blade, theBee Spiner, Star Blazer, and the Hyper Sword!
Also the toy collector's in japan really love this mecha and i can see why beetles are very popular there and the combined form looks cool so it's not surprising that it would get popular and the rangers the goraigers the thunder rangers counterparts portrayal was pretty good being more serious then the main group and you give them a cool mech and a bike and everyone loves them then so yeah neat
imo the ones I like most are the combo weapons and the combo Megazord parts, 50/50 on the others but I do really adore how in the context of the show the Megazords are basically walking gashapon machines (even with design of the knob the rangers have to turn)
I have them all. I'm now tempted to get them out of the boxes. I need to remember where I put them, I think I tried to fit as many as I could in each of the Ninja Storm boxes (as I display the zords). I think I painted the gold on the stamp one as it's not fully painted.
I never saw the lion, squid, ram or turtle so I'm guessing two of them were with Ninjakon and since I already had Ninjor, I didn't want to get a second version of him. I was young at the time so remolds didn't do anything for me and I wasn't interested by the slimmed down Main Ninja Storm Megazord either. At most I had the main three Zords so the minizords I had were what came with them.
I'm a special case because I'm a 2000s baby and my first power rangers series was mighty morphing power rangers and I have fond memories of that original movie on DVD
Great review. Wild Force, Ninja Storm and Dino Thunder definitely had some great concepts in toy designs for each season's respective Zords. However I have to wonder if you've ever heard of the "Triple Zord Morphin" toys? They were these weird sets of Ninja Storm toys. Able to transform from Zord to Ranger (I guess in a weird battlizer armor) to weapon. Strange concept but I remember owning the Blue Beetle one
While the show itself was where i started to lose interest in watcing PR - so much love for every single suit design, zord design, toys, weapon gimmick and zord combinations for Ninja Storm the gatcha balls are so much fun, still need the thunderstorm combo ones
Oddly while i like toys from those coin machines i wasnt a big fan of the spheres On another note aside from this season being toy centric and sense the newer seasons are so toy-ish that i have the idea to make a season thats purely based on toys. Im still surprised they haven't
I really love what you do for the community and myself am thinking about PR videos but dude, i just hate this season. How do u skip lost galaxy and cover this 😢
The Karakuri Balls are one of my favorite zord gimmicks. They may not swap out a whole arm or cover a figure in armor, but they're punchy, effective armaments that compliment the larger zords' aesthetic so well, and not as small as one may expect. Combining them together into heavier gear, and completing larger megazord combos with hands and a helmet is >chef's kiss.< Even decorating the mammoth with all those guns and pointy bits, it's akin to the minicons that made Transformers Armada such a fun, populated toyline. And even beyond that, they're good fidget toys (well, most of them). The horseshoe crab has a working magnet, the bee spins very well! And I'm a big sea creature guy, so you KNOW I love having so many ocean animal zords in one line. I would eat dirt if it meant a whole sea-themed Sentai season with nothing but aquatic zords.
Yeah aquatic themed season will look cool maybe combine sea creatures with underwater vehicles and have pirates and a underwater kingdom as a villain faction and our rangers as the third faction each faction has there own coals but each are after the same thing the rangers want to protect the world they love the pirates want to protect themself and the sea kingdom want to unite the world under one rule all the factions have some good and bad in them the villain genuinely believe in there goal and feel like there doing the thing and aren't all the bad but there way of doing things is bad and are lead by people who don't understand everything just like the rest of us and blue has to be the team leader even tho the red is the poster child we have blue as the leader and blue will I feel like needs to be a shark yellow could a sea turtle motif and black ranger could have orga pink could have octopus motif and red could have an whale and the sixth could have a megalodon shark with lobster zord that can become the megalodom megazord or should i say megalozord arms and he will be purple and the final mech will be a mosaurus
The spheres are, honest to goodness, my least favourite gimmick in the franchise. Not one of them looks cool or even interesting and they're not silly enough to be endearing. They're just cheap and shitty. Like knockoffs from a pound shop.
Predazord had 3, Dino Stegazord had 3, Flashpoint had 2, Rhino Steel had 3, Mach megazord had 3 technically 4, Claw armor megazord had a solid 3 technically 4 but that was just when the gigazord added the shark zord, Gosei ground had 2 (3 in Goseiger), Wrecker zord had 3 and Bull rider megazord had 3
