I hope Sami loses the title, his underdog gimmick sucks and is just annoying. They gave him such a boring and basic character to play. Doesn't help that he won against better characters than him (Gunther, Breaker)
Agreed. I personally love the conspiracy gimmick considering he actually had a character for once, this underdog gimmick is soo played out & hopefully he drops the title to Bron.
Everyone in wrestling called Stephanie McMahon a slut for almost 2 straight years. People didn't get this upset over Jerry Lawler drooling over every female wrestler during his nearly 20 years on commentary.
HHH did Lashley and MVP dirty. 1. Hhh REFUSED to put Lashley on the Mania 39 card even though there was plenty of open time on the show. 2. MVP stands up for Lashley in interviews and HHh takes both of them off tv . 3. HHH REFUSED to reform the hurt business and buries Lashley's new group.
Yepp & people will let it slide because they love Papa H. I forgot that Triple H left him off the card for WM 39 which is very diabolical. Triple H been doing this man soo dirty.
Valid take actually, I think since she has come back she has vastly improved. And we know her personality and character work is good enough to be at the top now. I don’t think we should hold the past against her as much now after seeing how hard she has worked to improve. Now is the perfect time to make her champion. Keep her a heel/anti-hero type and it would definitely work.
Wrestling was infiltrated a long time ago. They have to build her as this diabolical person who used Toni Storm. And possibly be the next top female heel and fans cry.
I thought Schvione going off like he did, which he's rarely does, was absolute gold. That raw emotion shown added a layer to the story that no one saw coming. FTIWC

A few criticisms of the booking. He hasn't elevated characters and promo work. He has a roster full of talent like Vega, La Knight, Chelsea Green, DoKata Kai, and Breaker who he hasn't booked well

Don’t get pushed? Are you saying this because they not having a wwe title match every month. LA Night was in a main event championship match with Roman Reigns in Saudi. I can imagine how much that check was and now he’s working with Logan Paul. Bron Breaker was just in an intercontinental match with Sami. HHH talk nothing but great things about him. You letting a dude with an ignoring voice tell you otherwise.
Critique needs to make sense tho... the "problems" people have with HHH booking make no sense as all his make make sense story wise. All his tweet is doing is farming attention to his youtube channel.

Even a dummy can see that Ethan Page is AEW champion BECAUSE of AEW. I’m convinced that Ethan is just being used as a pawn by triple h to say “fuck you” to Tony khan. Both Hunter and Khan are pretty petty. And not everyone who has left aew is doing well. Andrade has been booked to oblivion and I haven’t seen much aew talent thrive outside of nxt, because at the end of the day, triple H doesn’t know what to do with those talents
@@shawswervoo I think he’s doing well in nxt at the moment, but I also think it’s partly due to the availability of talents from either aew or tna. Similar to how Tony Khan had that run where former wwe talents were constantly jumping ship to AEW. I think the real test would be how Shawn Michaels would be able to book WITHOUT a talent influx. And to be fair and unbiased, the wwe and aew tend to seesaw in quality. When AEW is good, the wwe seems to decline. When the wwe is good. AEW tends to declines. I’d say that RIGHT now is a rare moment where both brands seem to be on the uptick. AEW has been rough for the last few months, but I do believe the last couple of dynamites have been a vast improvement over what was going on before. All I’d like to see is for wwe stay hot while AEW fixes their issues (which they seem to be) and get hot again themselves. I don’t think we’ve actually had a moment in time where both the wwe and aew were in their prime together
AEW has tons of problems, but losing this bland vanilla midget isn’t one of them. Dude has no charisma, and kills whatever character he would have from doing the online nerd toy shit. Seriously, Ethan Page is boring. Won’t matter in 20 years.
@@shawswervoo in my opinion Punk did for Drew what Bret Hart did for Stone Cold. Took someone that had all the tools and ability, and got into a blood feud with them to get them all the way over to a REAL main eventer.
I don't mind the briefcase getting wasted this year. I don't think it needs to be a dragged out thing EVERY year. That being said the show was carried by Punk and Drew, Zayn vs Bron, and the six man tag match. They're kinda elongating storylines at the moment
Agreed. I just didn’t like how they made Drew look stupid by winning it just for him to cash it in & get screwed which you could’ve had punk screw him over during the ladder match, that was my main issue. But the main event was solid & Cody getting pinned was a right move, you got to have your champions lose sometimes even if it’s non title.
Drew's figured out that he'd rather be paid ridiculous amounts of money to look like a geek in a fake fighting variety show called "WWE" than risk never using his peenus weenus ever again doing flips over the top rope. I can't really blame him for it. I bet his wife approves it too.
