Giving benefit of doubt is probably too risky in a relationship before you go too far with a person! One should not date except with a written friendship contract spelling out everything thats a yes, no, if, then, else, etc. so that it’s healthy! If you don’t want to be awkward or intimate then spell it out because you may be lucky and privileged but there are many women who don’t feel or experienced the same! - at the least you can minimize bad behavior and with a contract you can sue for damages that are already agreed upon!

As a muslim i would consider meeting someone for marriage purposes is totally okay but getting intimate before marriage is not okay you lose your worth and you should not loose your pride for someone else..when you intimate before marriage partner will never give you that respect
