I had a plum fat boy. It was one of the best looking motorcycles I've ever owned with the best Chrome as well. It was also one of the slowest motorcycles I've ever owned but the good looks more than made up for it. Couldn't get gas without attracting an audience of at least 10 onlookers. Never understood that but it would always happen like religion.
Awesome to meet y’all a few months ago. Thanks for your hospitality at the dealership. How about a question…EITMS. Seems to be controversial …on or off. It is defaulted off by Harley-Davidson. So is really just to control heat for rider convenience or does it have an a practical engine use as well. It produces a rough idle deactivating that real cylinder and sometimes a hesitation reactivating. Since it is defaulted off and has to be turned by the rider I am thinking Harley-Davidson looks at it as convenience and not managing the engine temperature in the summer? Thanks. John
If you buy an ESP there is a box on the form to choose and pay extra to cover Screaming Eagle parts. They are not covered under the normal ESP. I just went through this at my dealer buying a new bike and HD extended warranty.
