I moved my 15,000 photos and videos from my iCloud account to my new Proton Drive account. Drive recognizes that they’re there, but has only encrypted and backed up 382 of them in 48 hours (and that’s all that I can see). I’ve been running Drive alone, as purported to make it go faster, but this is a major hang up. What’s the problem?!
Are you guys going to address the iPhone 16 internal AI that bypasses all encryption on all apps by scanning everything done on the phone, and sending it to Apple, making secure apps useless? We already know they willingly give up user data to 3-letter agencies.

Please add a feature like Google's Shared Drives enterprise feature and shared folders in the password manager and I'll happily ditch Google and swap my business to using Proton.... Oh, and I can't live without Google sheets right now. I hope Proton can catch up in terms of features, if it does there will be mass migration away from Google, the likes of which the internet has never before seen.

The Australian government is simply trying to protect its monopoly on misinformation and disinformation. In many states it is illegal to operate an encrypted device. There are "hate speech laws" to prevent anyone disagreeing or questioning any government directed narratives....VPNs are in the firing line too. In case you cannot understand why Australia needs draconian government overlords...to protect us and democracy.
That these banker-owned states arrogate to themselves the power to define what is "misinformation" and what is not, is quite hilarious. Aren't these the same states whose "intelligence agencies" operate huge 24/7 lie factories in cooperation with the controlled media?

Very funny this Video has Temu Ads 😂 I used their service before and until now I'm receiving a lot of ads spam emails even a phone call 😂 Deleted their app now and I requested to delete my Personal Data there and they said they deleted it but i doubt it 😂
I love seeing Proton do videos like this. I saw the recent AMA and awareness was brought up as a barrier to getting more people interested in Proton. I see now why these videos are being made and I like it.

Up to now I've just been scrolling past them in my feed, mildly irritated because I have to do that / because RU-vid keeps pushing them in their catch-up effort with TikTok. Nice to hear from a kindred spirit, and I agree shorts seem one of the best ways to reach a lot of the younger and youngish generation.
Is the only way to log into Proton Pass on the desk top via the Proton Account Password? I need a password manager to do that, as its a long secure password....is it possible to use a dedicated master password such as with Bitwarden?

Oh great! Oh wait.... Its not for unlimited users, like me. At least put that in the description if not the video itself. I got excited and checked my proton mail only to find it wasnt there. No christmas for me then. Only checking the comments did I start to realise something was up. I had to go to the proton site and check to different plan to see who actually gets it. I found and read the ceo's reasoning which amounts to 1. Afraid of vocal backlash of an ai product from a small section of Proton users, 2. Too expensive for unlimited plan users. (Business only, and its been rolled out to duo and family plans). I'm not leaving My proton plan any time soon, but I'm not happy about the way this has been handled. Mostly about the way it has been marketed as if its for all when its not.
