I own and operate a little herb shop (old fashion Apothecary with whole plants vs pills) in Lincoln, Alabama. I love cooking, gardening, visiting with my community, and helping people feel better, some times with herbs and sometimes I just listening and giving them a hug. I enjoy making and sharing how-to videos on gardening, preserving food (can, dehydrate, or freeze), traveling, foraging, and all around prepping and homesteading videos.
