I believe that women can do anything they want.
When I teach Pilates, my biggest focus is the pelvic floor muscles. I also believe (and am a prove of it) that you can achieve results even exercising 10-15 minutes a day.

My pleasure 😊 thank you for your reply, Artur. DIY are really cool. I personally need to find one on how to do a white wash. Thinking of painting a bedside table 🎨 😊
Thank you, beautiful lady! I'm glad that you found it useful. I'm such a big fan of Notion (and Tide) and I use Toggl every day. As well as Notion. What's your go to app?

May be this tip was already mentioned by you but it's the most valueble for me, tip for those who are doing some huge projects, when you don't know all the things you will have to do yet: just take small steps and start doing small parts of the project, then move to the next parts of the project, that will eventually lead you to the finished product. In other words: you don't have to see the whole path to reach your destination.
Love this tip, Artur! No, I didn’t mention this. But it’s a great tip. Sometimes if the project is so big unless we start doing some small steps and ticking the tasks off - it will remain undone. Love the tip! (And I shall remind this to myself) 🤓
My productivity tip is when you have a bunch of tasks to get done, start with the one you like the most first, or start with the one that you're in the mood for. That way you will get quality results and have fun, too.
Such a great tip! I totally agree with this. I know there are recommendations to “eat your frog in the morning” but I agree with your point of view on approaching our tasks 😊

I’ve been working in spurts of 15 min, but I’m going to try this pomodoro technique! Oftentimes I’m not quite at a stopping point at 15 min and then I just set the timer over and then I never stop.... 😜
I totally understand about not stopping :) Thanks so much for watching, Sarah and your comment :) I really like that online timer (I left a link in the description). I think you can adjust the alarm sound too. And also I love Tide app. It's free for the basic things and they have a timer as well. So you listen to some music for certain amount of time (25 minutes). You'd need to change the timer to 5 minute break manually though. Let me know how you go!
Oh aren't we all ?! :) Thanks so much, Abigail for coming over and watch my video. Means a lot. I uses to be not even be aware what I was doing until I tracked everything I did (all my switching) for 2 weeks. It was a huge task but so worth it.
Olya! I love your Pilates videos. I just wanted to tell you they have helped me get through a bad head and neck injury! Thank you so very much for sharing your knowledge and making it accessible for everyone ❤️
Omg, Jaime, I didn't realise that I didn't reply to you. Thank you so much for your kind words and I'm so glad to hear that my videos helped you. It's my pleasure, Jaime. How are you feeling now?
@@OlyaKornienkoProduction doing much better thank you! I am still hooked on Pilates and love your quick videos! Getting my hips aligned and improving my breathing were so important for recovery that I have learned to keep after it!
