I’ve been working in spurts of 15 min, but I’m going to try this pomodoro technique! Oftentimes I’m not quite at a stopping point at 15 min and then I just set the timer over and then I never stop.... 😜

I think you can adjust the alarm sound too. And also I love Tide app. It's free for the basic things and they have a timer as well. So you listen to some music for certain amount of time (25 minutes). You'd need to change the timer to 5 minute break manually though. Let me know how you go!
