Regarding Macro Controls, could you have one knob control the volume for say two different channels (i.e. kick and snare) so could essentially do mutes and unmutes for your break?
This must be the Aspen effect. Cool, even thou I love synths and I know that my musical experience with hardware is so rewarding, I also know that for someone who s a very good musician will do just great in the box, and most of the times he/she would choose to work exclusively in the box. But hey, for me it s just having fun and getting to play here and there once in a while. I stopped the hard chase for the banger tune

Great insight - I have a similar-ish setup (DT2+ST+DN+AH+fx plus other synths including a TD-3). Very useful info in here. The DT2 is the master in my setup.
Hey EZ! I was curious if/how parts were implemented in the arranger cause when switching parts live it seems a little clunky.. Is there a way to cue parts to get a seamless transition? Thanks!
I currently use the polyend play only as a drum computer and I love it! Ever since I saw the "eko computerhythm" as a teenager, I've dreamed of a device like this.
I'll never buy the M8, although I did check it out during several waves. But the music they make is always so gimmicky, and, above all, the videos are all 2+ hours long. Seems to be complex in relation to the results. I use Polyend Tracker since 2 years and I prefer this workflow, although I miss tables and conditions/jumps, I think M8 has this?
Man! What if I want loop for example 8 bars but I want the loop to Sync with the master tempo of the project always? I want use the octratrack for transition from a track to another but I want the 2 tracks are in time beatmatched like a DJ. Is it possible to follow this setup video? I imagine that I have to enable time stretching.
You definitely nailed the Jean Michelle Jarre bubbles in that track! Check out the album Between Interval 'Secret Observatory' - I think you'll dig it! Its kind of a hidden gem. ;)
Chatty females? I wonder what all the female Push 3 users would think of that dumb ass comment. We are great friends, this is what friends do when they hang out.. they talk.
Sounding great, im still struggling with my octarack, but slowly learning from your videos, thanks. Good humour too. Todays problem on my octa is something to do with the scale settings that I cant find. Im using the Octa to sequence a virus, but for some reason, it wont sequence g#. It'll play it on the octa keyboard, but wont record the note I want. I pressume its forcing some sort of scale setting. Mighty frustrating. SO into the manual I go looking for answers. Theres alot to learn with the octa, definately the hardest thing to learn so far and im still just scratching the surface, but I love the complexity and power of it. Thanks EZ for all your vids their a good help and fun along the way.
Just bought an MkII used and I had no idea... Was just looking for a good sampler and better groovebox. Saw one for sale with your magnet on it, watched a couple of your videos -> 🤯. Feels like a new era.
sounds great man! don't sleep on sending microcosm midi clock, i've found it makes sampling the cool rhythmic stuff the microcosm can do quick and painless. love it for the blocks and interrupt modes!
Hey, I miss you! I am bummed I didn't make it to the synth shop gathering. No I don't think they will, at least not any time soon. There are some workarounds you can do but it's time consuming
@@EZBOT_ Aw I miss you too!! 🥺 Yeah I was hoping to see you there! It’s all good though haha you had a good reason (congrats btw!!) That’s a bummer, I was just curious! Thinking about getting the digitakt 2
