Hello my friends my name is Kody and I enjoy playing video games!! I have a lot of videos such as gaming videos, tutorial videos, reviews, vlogs and rants. I play video games on Xbox 360, Xbox one, PlayStation 4 and PC. Alright now a little about me, I am currently 15 years old, my first console was a Super Nintendo, then my parents bought me an Xbox 360 a few years ago and it pretty much started my RU-vid channel. I started RU-vid just for fun and to show off some creations and in-game things I've found or created. My favorite game is Minecraft on the Xbox 360. My Xbox Live Profiles are BoweryPenguin8 UncleKoKo360 Jimmy Koi PlayStation 4 Profiles: BoweryPenguin8
If you like my channel subscribe to see my new videos it helps me out a lot!!!
Thank you so much for the video! My DRL didn't work, and i've no idea why. Just connect 86+87 contacts and it works! So, it helped me to understand where I've to check for the connection troubles. Thanks man! 🙏
It seems to have worked in this case, but you should jump 30 and 87 if you are jumping a relay. 30 is load supply voltage (from battery) and 87 is output (to lights). 85 and 86 are the control pins, which use small wires and are not designed for high current load. The DRL didn't overload the small control wire but jumping 86 to 87 in other locations could cause a problem.
Your video was very helpful it saved me a lot of time from troubleshooting. My lights were not coming on and I thought there was something wrong. When I jumpered the relay it came on which means my DRL were working. Thank you.
This video gave me the info to track down the problem and it helped me understand the relays and fuses with the jumper from 87 to 86, the ones on the left side of the DRL relay. Good job!!
Can anyone explain to me the headlight switch on a 2001 Silverado. Since I’ve got it I keep it on the left option with the circle whatever that is maybe auto headlights? What are the two lights facing each other at the 10:00 position do? Lastly what is the 12:00 position with the single bulb. I found that if I double click the dome override turns off the lights. Please help nothing online explains it
9:00 position - uses auto headlights, 10:00 position turns on your parking lights, 12:00 position turns on all your lights (headlights, parking lights). Dome Over-ride will make it so the interior lights dont come on when you open the door.
Would've given a thumbs up but couldn't finish the video for that stupid Filmora banner across the middle of the engine. Move the banner to the top or bottom.
Some reason its pretty hard to figure out the DRL circuit. I also got brand new headlight and running light housings. Waiting to be dark to test the DRL lights. (To see if the relay is bad, i swapped the DRL and the A/C relay)
Good information My truck in park or emergency break on will not Work lights only with engine running in Drive ! 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ 2000 2500 HD THANK YOU
