Okay, so I am attempting a bit of a rebrand to "PolyGone Outdoors." I do a bit more than work on the boat, and go fishing, so I thought why not bring the camera along for those as well. I have to admit a but of reluctance in producing and publishing any firearm content, but we'll see how it goes. Logos will be updated soon. Thanks for Watching & Subscribing!

Hey bro good work on vids. Btw way if you want more views you need to sort your titles out don’t put episode etc and your channel name nobody will be searching for that and RU-vid won’t know who to recommend too cheers.
I feel you, thanks for the BZ! At the moment I am really content with my setup... although, I do have some platform/camper ideas... anyway, I am happy with my setup, but if you can think of any other mods, I might give them a try. Thanks for the comment, and thanks for watching!
Hello, it is good to see boaters enjoying themselves while boating. It was cool to see so many big birds, palm trees and skyway gondolas. You have a nice area to go boating.
Good information. Thx! I cannot find the gun-whale height of the 435 Whaly so I cannot determine which Bimini top would allow a 6’ man to walk under without crouching. Did u install the Ocean South 3-4 bow with a height of 54” or the 46”. (I’m guessing 54”??). Watching your videos have helped me with my purchase.
Looks awesome. About how much does this build cost? Hull, engine, console, accessories, and trailer? Im very interested in possibly buying a Whaly myself. Thanks.
Thanks for watching. As far as the cost not exact, but the hull was around $6k, the motor, $5k, and the trailer was probably near $800... I got it second-hand and rebuilt it.
I really love your content! I asume your'e from the USA thats why I think its easier there to get parts. Sadly im from the Netherlands (Amsterdam) and getting parts here is difficult like those seats. Not alot of content on RU-vid about Whaly boats and people actually modifying them. Keep the hard work! You inspire me to modify my boat for the canals of Amsterdam!
Thanks for watching! Yes, I'm in California. Ironic that you find getting boat parts hard in Amsterdam. I've always thought of there as the boat capital of the world, and isn't Whaly there as well?
@@PolyGoneOutdoors Hello again! We only have limited parts here it sucks so bad. And yes alot of parts are here for boats but not for the whaly, also everything is so overpriced here.
I'm a little late to the party but love the videos so far. Have the opportunity to buy a whaly 435 so doing some research and you are certainly helping me a LOT! Thanks and hope you keep them coming!
Have you ever taken her out of the bay? Fellow San Diegan here , with small RIB. But looking at these with interest. (Especially as my tubes need repair) Love the content!
Hi @limeydal. No, I've only attempted it once, and the swell scared me back in. I know it's capable though... it's just my preference. I was looking at a Highfield originally myself, and changed to HDPE for the same reasons. Had a small RIB I got second hand, and never was able to get the tubes airtight. I love this boat, and cannot recommend it more. Go Get One! Thanks for watching 😁
Hi, can you recommend stickers for license plates (I heard it's hard to find good quality letters that stick well to PE material).. I would like a link to ebay or amazon please... Greetings from Croatia
Sorry, I cannot. I too had my stickers fall off, and I don't know of any that stick well to PE. I traced the outline of mine with a paint pen before they came off completely, then filled it in after removing the stickers. My recommendation... thanks for watching 😁
Subbed a while back for the Whaly build, stoked to see you're out on the water with it. Lots of action on the Sabiki rod, I'm glad you got that one in the boat 9:15 Good one too and barely on! Kamaboko paste is a new one for me, hope you made it work lol. Good luck from CO for your next outing.
I love this video! Love seeing you so happy with your family on this cute boat =) I'm just thinking about getting a whaly for my family (wife+me+3y+10m)... Are you still happy with it? Does your family like to go on trips with the whaly?
Thank you so much. Yes, we are still very happy with our Whaly, but I haven't convinced the family to travel with the boat just yet. You should definitely get one, depending on your waters
@PolyGoneOutdoors How did this progress during summer? Have you been using it? Still thinking about buying one for the family next summer. Where did you get that nice rayling from?
Still mostly me on the boat, fishing. My wife and daughter went out with me a.few times on the bay though, and it is still a great beach boat! No need for another... for now.
I used to have a 17 foot rib. Man that thing gave me many problems with leaks but I absolutely loved the seaworthiness and stability of the hull design. I need to look into these Waleys, they look like a promising alternative. Love the videos, looking forward to the next one.
I was originally going to get a Highfield rib myself. I'm so happy I discovered this "plastic rib!" 😍... all the inflatable rib positives, none of the inflatable rib negatives!
Found it in a junkyard, but recently had to replace it. The metal frame inside had rusted away. Found a new one online (different style), but I haven't figured out how to mount it yet, or if I'll continue making the video about the swap. Thanks for watching though.
Looking to get a whaly at some point, but currently i have a kayak. Ive had to plastic weld a few months ago. A tool you might want to add to your arsenal is a solderpro 120 portable soldering iron. I used mine with the blower tip and it worked absolutely amazing. Ive had the solderpro 120 for 10 or so years now and although a bit pricey compared to cheaper butane soldering irons, it will be worth the investment in the long run. The whaly would be my first 'boat', and im looking forward getting it, and modding it similar to yours. Keep up the good work!
Unfortunately, No video of that install, but yes the steering and throttle cables are through the abs pipe. Out of the console, through the seat, and out the back. One pipe.
@Vinnie Wong I don't recall there being a shipping cost, but there might have been. Delivery was a bit of a pain for me. I had to drive to a warehouse to get it. Best is to talk with Whaly directly. Whaly USA if you are in the States.
Hi Mark. Thanks for the question. Check out this video, 2 min mark or thereabouts should have the details. Thanks for watching. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-bImo9udA2Xk.html
