@@koolkid4788 i don’t care if I can make a better ad lol, could probably at least conjure together a better concept, I’m not in advertising or marketing on a full time salary for a massive company with a big budget. This ad is so cringe and pretentious, actively making me not want to go to a Nando’s lol.
‘English’ people mad about a South African company making an ad that centres young Londoners speaking with a local accent using slang. I wonder why…🤷🏾♂️
British TV adverts no longer target or appeal to my culture, creed, colour or heritage. I’m white but I’m ok with that if that’s what brands and products want to achieve. No harm in appealing to other ethnic groups but I do feel isolated by brands, products and TV programs. TV advertising income has dramatically dropped for all commercial channels, simply because of that fact that large proportion of British population is not represented or even valued.
People are complaining about this advert but it does exactly what it needs to do! The younger generation 10-18yr olds(the future)will watch this and relate! Guess what they will keep going to Nando’s just to act out this ad! And guess what by the time they realise, they are 35yrs old and still eating Nando’s. #thinkahead let’s not forget Nando’s already even has a lot of adults (20-50yr olds)in a choke hold. 😂😂
I went to show someone this advert for how diabolical it is, I am so happy i am not the only one who thinks this advert is the biggest reason for suicide in the UK
