Hi Susan! Thank you for the question. That is not how its suppose to work 🤔. Did you tried it in a 'incognito' or 'private browsing' screen? That way you are not logged in, and it should work then...
Hi Matt. I hope you are doing fine! This is a great tutorial!! However, in the process of configuring things, in the IP Detection Methods I only get "unconfigured, manual, disabled" and not the option shown in the tutorial. As I can't configure this, later on I can't configure the Firewall. If put to manual another list appears to configure the Proxy header, and I have no idea of what to choose there. Options are: CF-Connection_IP, X-Forward-For, X-Real-IP, X-Client-IP, Client-IP, C-Cluster-Client-IP. I don't know why the option you show does not appear? Maybe they don't offer it anymore? Maybe it is something else. I would appreciate your advice on this, because otherwise, I won't be able to continue the configuration as recommended. Thank you very much!! Warm regards! Ricardo UPDATE - Now after a few house and out of the blue the option appeared in the list, but when selected it throws: Error detecting IP: Invalid parameter(s): proxy
Hi Ricardo! Thanks for the question. I'm doing fine thank you 😃 So yeah they changed the options slightly, not enough to make a entire new tutorial... So the IP Detection method is not that important, just put it on manual. Then chose the X-client-IP, you should be good then 😃

I am a photographer I have a portfolio based webpage. When I go on my webpage I see only grey boxes instead of photos, however, If I click on a photo to open it, it will appear normally. Mailchimp plug in is supposed to sync the email address of my customers so that I can email them using mailchimp right?How can I get this syncing done? Matt.

Yes and no, Mailchimp dies not automatically sync emails with WooCommerce, you have to export them manually and upload it to Mailchimp, or install the Mailchimp plugin so that it adds new customers to your mailing list after checkout. But for real good e-commerce integration I do not advice you to use Mailchimp but this system: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1TmWOopDgrA.html it has also automations that will blow your mind and really help with conversions 😃

Hi there! Thanks for your comment. Yep, that video looks very clear, the website has been compromised. First you need to change all your FTP and SFTP passwords, that might do the trick. If not, they might have a webshell inside of the website somewhere that is giving them direct access to these files...
Its interesting how well this plugin works, and also that it seems to be mostly hosted not on our websites, like other plugins. Atleast the dash board anyway. It does seem tonwork rather well though! Just a little concerned security wise, if it leaves a way for those with bad intentions to get in. Then again, what doesn't these days, lol

Thank you for covering our plugin, Doctor! We appreciate your feedback and will fix the issues in our upcoming updates. Here's a quick breakdown of what caused these issues and our roadmap for fixing them: - The "Import colors and text styles from the sheet" feature currently works with manually inserted colors. We'll work with Google Sheet's alternating colors very soon. Thanks for the heads up! - There are some limitations with image syncing. Currently, the image sync feature only works with the Google Sheets image formula (support.google.com/docs/answer/3093333?sjid=7771687591519897475-AP). We will R&D on making it more user-friendly to let users import their inserted image. - Regarding the text color issue you faced, somehow your theme color overwritten our styles. It's not a global issue and can be fixed by removing the !important property on your theme or using our Custom CSS feature. Once again, thank you for making such a comprehensive tutorial.

I have the LiteSpeed Cache plugin on my site (I think by default because I was using Hostinger). When its activated, the Solid Security Global Settings, in particular the IP Detection section doesnt provide the option of "Security Check Scan". It only becomes visible when I deactivate the LiteSpeed Cache. My question is, if I reactivate the LiteSpeed Cache after I walk through the setting steps in this video will that break something in the Solid Security features/settings.

Hi there! Thanks for the kind words. Yeah that's a good question... 🤔 I think the best way to do this is to change the e-mail that is being send out from itself. You can then alter the link to the custom login page you created for your customers. What do you think about that?
