Great video, thank you. I've almost finished painting everything and I thought to myself "I wonder if there's Tanares gameplay videos out there?", and boom, here you are. Subscribed for more of this kind of thing, plus you mentioned GC which I also need to paint and play. That's for another day.
Thanks for explaining just the differences. Most of the other videos always walk through the base play, but we already know how to play. I was wondering if and how research stations carry on from game to game and you explained that. Thumbs up!
Great video. Just one thing to point out, at minute 22 you say "if you need to place another adult token on the board but there are no more tokens, then remove all adults"...that's a rule from the first nemesis game, page 15 In nemesis lockdown if you ever run out of tokens, nothing happens (rule book page 20). Maybe I'm wrong, if someone can clarify it would be great. Again, thanks for the video... really helpfull 🎉
I have the original edition + requiem expansion. Can I mix all of the cards from those in with the second edition + the 3 booster packs that came out recently? Or do the two editions have to be kept apart?
Great questions and I'm honestly not sure. But if you head over to Board Game Geek and post in the game's forum the community will help you out for sure boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/336844/the-binding-of-isaac-four-souls-requiem
Thanks for the video. I'm waiting on my order and looking forward to getting this to the table. I actually playtested the automa for this one. It's a challenging opponent given the mechanics of this game, but still another robust, greatly developed automa by Automa Factory.
Yes this box lets you play with 1-4 players. Whether or not the other players are your friends is entirely up to you. Thanks for watching and commenting!
The dice tray is raised so you can put the castle underneath, which will prevent it sticking up/causing lid lift. I was pretty cranky until I found that out. Good assembly video, I needed it a couple times when the fs instructions were vague.
There are 2 errors in your explanation of coagulated hit locations. One another commenter pointed out, is that the vasodilated HL is archived, not discarded. The other is that you draw from the bottom of the enchanted flesh pile, not the top (the Enchanted Flesh trait sits on top, so you don't know what's coming)
@@BoredOnlineBoardOffline sorry didnt mean to be pushy haha, I know we have more important things coming first! But your videos are the best DUN tutorials I've seen by far! Thank you 🙏❤️
Oh no I didn’t take it as pushy at all. Sorry if my response felt that way. I’m always very thankful to have people asking about upcoming stuff! Really appreciate the support more than you can know 🙂
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe you replace the butcher with the Manhunter. The hanged Man is a Lantern Year 5 event, and THAT'S when you have to depart for his special showdown. I think you just add the Manhunter as an additional nemesis.
I’m away from the GCE rule book right now but in the context of the Node System it introduces I’m pretty sure the Manhunter replaced the Butcher. However, you are 100% correct that under the traditional rules the Manhunter and the Butcher would exist within the same campaign. And thanks for the kind words! I’ll begin Part 4 very soon!
Mainly life and work. There was a time I was getting 12 videos published a month but these days it’s more like 4 or so. Maybe slightly more if I have some unboxings to film since they are quick.
Thanks, Paul! I’ve been dabbling but haven’t actually dug into a campaign yet. Saving that for my group. Thinking we’ll play with an actual Dark Player rather than the ADP. Have you been playing?
@BoredOnlineBoardOffline oh yes.finished campaign one with 4 characters solo, played 48 quest as I kept getting side quests. Now in campaign 2 with a friend of mine, even better campaign. Play online with a couple of friends. Just love this game and it is only my number two game of all time
