Hi I loveee this method so much without the use of other accessories to shorten to strap. However has anyone encountered this adjustable strap slipping off, which in turn makes the bag hang longer??

Yes I had a similar experience they didn’t accept my bag and when they send it back my Chanel vintage bag was ruined 😾 🥺 they didn’t even put it in the dust bag 😤

Yikes! Well thank goodness your bag was not damaged but how in the world did your box get damaged? It's a sturdy box. They just pile up peoples stuff and not handle with care. Well i just purchased 2 items, one was suppose to be delivered today in California but it's been no movement with Fedex for 3 days, just sitting in New Jersey! My 2nd item i ordered a Noe Petit on a Wednesday, on February 14 and its Feb 18 and it's still in process and hasnt been shipped. Uuugh! It's marked in great condition. I hope it doesn't get stains or damaged on their end as they prepare to ship to me. They are going to go out of business if they keep this up. They need to hire someone to run the business to build their reputation up. I think it's gone down hill. How do you talk to anyone on the phone? No one ever answers the phone! Uugh.
Thank U so much! This is very helpful. I m 155cm. All the time I doubled the strap and added a ring on one side of the d-ring on the bag so that I can make it as a shoulder / under the arm bag. Trying to get dents out of a bag, and all the videos I'm getting are "how to get crease out of a Chanel, LV, Coach and every designer bag there is..... and I'm saying all that in a very snotty voice 🙄🙄🙄🙄. I can't imagine that people only have creases on designers bags. Besides, if I pay that much money on a designer's bag, it better not be creased 🙄🙄🙄
Hon, bags are usually made out of leather, which is a skin. Just like our skin, it creases and can get dry. It's a natural thing. If you want to avoid creases, you can get a metal bag, but then you'll have to deal with tarnish or rust. Nothing can stay pristine or last forever, luxury or not. 😅
One jeweler shared your same opinion. It's really up to personal tastes. The new design is "basic." 😂🤣 So it basically goes with everything. The old design is very specific to more dressy occasions, but I agree, more personality with old design. 👌
I went to a couple of jewelers get pricing. It was between $800-$2000 to remake the bracelet with a 2-5 weeks turn around time. My jeweler estimated 2 weeks and starting price of $800. Then he started to draw out the plan on a receipt, I was like, where's the CAD design? He said he's old school, no need for CAD. 😬 I was like oh hell, this is why it's cheap. I was completely skeptical that such a technically challenging setting can be entirely hand made. 😅 I asked for an estimate for the final price and he told me that he can't give me one cause he don't know how much gold he might need to use. I was like well what if the final proce is so high that I can't pay? He's like then you can go out back and start washing our dishes. 😂 Total pleasant surprised that it was done in 4 days with the final cost of $650. I will definitely come back to him for my jewelry needs.❤🎉
I wanted to update my mom's bracelet and here were the options and cost: 1. Change the chain to a 2nd clasp: $65 2. Repair the worn-out prongs: $455 3. Rhodium plate the yellow gold to turn it white (not permanent solution so I didn't want to waste money on this option.) 4. Keep the diamonds, but remake the entire gold bracelet. $650 What would you have done? 😅

I don't own any exotic bags so I can't give you advise on that. The cooling to to lock in the shape. Same as using cool air after blow dry to set the hair. If you don't cool, the shape don't keep as well. Hope this helps. 🙏

I just tried it with my Evelyne and omg it works! Thank you so much for this video! Even though I’m 5.6” I feel like it’s to long to wear on my shoulder so I only wear it crossed body which limits me a lot since my style of dressing it’s more for shoulder bags. The only reason I have an Evelyne is because my husband bought it for me. I think it’s cute but not my favorite. Mine is the same color as yours. My favorite bag is the Garden Party. I have only one and even though is just a top handle bag it’s totally my style. The Evelyne is for when we travel. It’s very practical for walking around the cities.

this happened to a gal I sold a gucci bag too - they would only say that it was authentic, but there were inconsistencies with the brand standard?!? it was a marmont and I currently have 6 of them - I ended up buying the bag back from her and I'm telling you it was as good or better stitched then all of the other ones I have!

For me it's a bangle because that's already their smallest size. I have no choice. But if you can get it more snugged, it will look more beautiful because it won't roll around your wrist. 🥰
Rebag is super picky. I took 20 bags and I only got offer for 3 and I only sold one. That was the only time I sold to them. I heard lots of people having isdue with the trade program so won't be doing that.
This just happened to me today and one time before. I just sent them my Louis Vuitton artsy in great shape and they now offered me a way lower price and their excuse of my condition doesn’t make sense. Last time this happened it took Them forever to get my bag back to me. Like it was forgotten about. Now today I’m Going through the same thing and I’m stressed too! I need my bag back!!
I hate you had to go through this. I traded my Prada crystal reedition. After they received it, they came back and asked me to pay 25 more dollars due to market fluctuations. At that point, honestly, I did not want to worry about the hassle of having the bag shipped back to me and having something happen to it, even though I was really frustrated that they would do that over $25. I refuse to use them now, as I think this might be a common practice with him to give a higher quote and entice people to send in their bags, then changed their quote, and hope that people just go ahead and pay the difference. They are sketchy!!!
I ended up letting the bag to a member of the hermes fanclub. She's happy, I'm happy. It all worked out in the end despite rebag screwing me over by damaging my box. They finally wrote back saying that it "probably" occurred during transit so they're not responsible. 🤦♀️
Thank you dear, glad I went out of my comfort zone to try on straps. As I get older my arms are all flabby and large so I tend to hide them vs exercise as I am lazy. 🤣
