Why did Molly survive the bridge only to die on the plane? She wasn’t apart of deaths design? Or does intervening during a premonition adds more names to deaths hit list?

27 years give or take. King stated in the book it could range up or down at times. There was a 25 year cycle and even a 30 year one too. 27 was just the average.
