It's not a faux blind, as the video title states. It's a real blind. It might be faux wood or something, but it's not a faux blind.

That's the way we always get it in the house where I grew up.

Unsure of the brand our roller shade is though? Not sure if they are universal, or select parts for different brands? I've tried turning the spring end over and over for a long time, and it does not get any tighter.

Oh my word THANK YOU! I didn't realize it was this easy. I've been putting this off for months because I was worried about breaking something. It was so simple! Took about a minute to get the four of them off.

Always check the barrels inside the headrail first to see if the strings are caught on something.

You pinched it close with the wrong tool!
