Yes, immediately beach front can definitely be more expensive than a unit in town for sure! The nice thing is that this unit is in an amazing location on the Caribbean Sea with this gorgeous beach! Of course, there is something for everyone- so there are also units that are walking distance to the beach or in-town (and still walking distance to the beach!) Prices can be way more economic and, as you can imagine, way more expensive too depending on what kind of unit/property you are looking for! @@elp1269 hello! This unit is in a private complex called Cocotal Dominicus in the Estrella Residence. It is walking distance to the Dominicus public beach but also has membership included to the private Beach club of Aqua Esmeralda ( meaning you have a pass, you get in for free because you are a member) obviously if you want to eat lunch or have some drinks at the restaurant then you pay for that. It's a gorgeous private beach!
