Thanks! The cameraman is working on his skills this summer lol! This unit is actually available still. A few people are on their way on trips to come take a look! But it won't be long before it's snatched up for sure! Especially with the private beach club membership included, it's definitely a hot property!

Hi, What are the conditions for the use of the beach club? ( fee, for how long ect) What is the name of this community?

@@elp1269 hello! This unit is in a private complex called Cocotal Dominicus in the Estrella Residence. It is walking distance to the Dominicus public beach but also has membership included to the private Beach club of Aqua Esmeralda ( meaning you have a pass, you get in for free because you are a member) obviously if you want to eat lunch or have some drinks at the restaurant then you pay for that. It's a gorgeous private beach!
