I'll tell you that the detectives who investigated this criminal case are complete cretins and idiots. I myself work as an investigator in Belarus, and people from the close circle of the deceased are always identified as soon as possible, including DNA tests. And committing a crime while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is generally an aggravating circumstance in our country, which, in my opinion, is the only correct one.
