I'm actually building a video game that's heavily inspired by Demons Crest and Ghouls n Ghosts among others. We have a playable knight character and a winged demon character that will be in the game and fully co-op, with co-op specific abilities. I can only hope to make music that's as atmospheric.

Excellent cover of one of the best themes on NES. Most covers I've heard go in the opposite direction and make the song heavier and more metal. While that can work too, I think your interpretation better captures the emotional resonance of the original composition.

Katja, this was a wonderful version of this song. You definitely filled the role of a smoky speakeasy singer, crooning into the night for those trying to escape their troubles from life and the law, drowning their sorrows in illicit drinks and other vices in a secret den of sin. I'm always fascinated and impressed by the incredible character and feel that you can create in these short little masterpieces, and each feels like a small glimpse into another world filled with a deeper and more interesting story just dancing tantalizingly at the periphery of our vision. Thank you for all of the effort you put into making each of your episodes so special and memorable. I have never seen either Peaky Blinders or Scream, but I have seen Cillian Murphy's face plastered across the internet with quotes from the show. Honestly, your version of the song reminded me a lot of Woke Up this Morning, bridging the gap between two different sets of gangsters in unique time periods. While often romanticized, it's easy to forget just how violent and scary it was for many people during these times and the events surrounding them, even if they are presented to us in a fictionalized way. Still, there is always the draw to let our worst selves rebel against the system and try to get ahead in life quickly. I like how the lyrics offer the allure of so many things, and yet at the same time, are you really aware of the price you will pay, or to whom. Thank you again for sharing your creativity and special gifts with us. It is always a treat whenever you dedicate your time and talents to producing something with your signature touch.
