the guts and integrity to even stand in front of the vultures and media that wanted more than anything to tear these guys apart. they were naive, and had fame in their eyes. as much as everyone wants to say they wouldn't do it, until you are presented with the situation, nobody knows how they would react. they came clean, and they tried to live their dream again...but nobody wanted to give it a try.
They were amazing performers and I think that they could sing, eventually at least. They did as much work with gigs and touring as a singer does anyway. They dance and perform. Who did they hurt? No one. Well maybe the real voices behind the songs but they desided to give their voice anyway… Must’ve been dissapointing yes, but seriously they looked and were amazing!!

Rob and Fab should have gone with it and not force Frank's hand to blow the whistle on the whole thing Back then people thought that what u see on the TV is the real life and nothing is fake Nowdays we all know that there are 2 personas : the VIP and the real person and the 2 dont match 80% of the time either in their glamour, looks or skills so to conclude back then it was outrageus and it was a total SCANDAL right now is a rude awaking from a beautifull dream and we would like to let the person who woke us from this beautifull dream that we do have a real life we have to deal with and we needed that dream in order to better cope with our reality and that by awaking us he did us no favor we chose The Matrix if the real life is worse than The Matrix
When I watched them..I knew something was off about their singing... But a lot of singers lip sink like britney..mariah...etc..but they are singing to Their VOICES! .not someone else's ❤❤like rob and fab did!
I really not hear huge difference except that it looks like they not have singing routine and fluence. If they had some good hearing they could do a lot progress in singing own style.
Fab sounded good. Rob was horrible. I don't know why yall lying in the comment section about Rob sounding good and all he need is a little coaching. I know he handsome and all but yall got to lie about his singing just because he is. If a person can't sing, they just can't sing! Simple. Everybody wasn't born with the gift of singing and thats ok.
listening to it i am not sure the songs would have been hits had they actually sang on the recording, and it is not the sound of their actual voices i think is the problem i just think their accents were too strong at that time and i so not think the songs would have hit. had they had a few years earlier to work on their English pronunciation it may have worked and there would be a much happier ending to their story.

Its pretty obvious it would work with their real voices too. Frank Farian was totally wrong with his lipsync concept. I’m still wondering why Rob&Fab didnt try to do this song live on stage despite of what they was commanded. I think no one in audience wouldn’t notice
Let's face it, all the Eurohit bands from the 90s, none of them were perfect singers. It MV had had more training, they could have easily sung the songs by themselves.
