I do know , that the deadliest snake on earth , the Inland tiapan , and the other Tiapans Coastal and newly discovered western Desert Tiapan, have coffin shaped heads , pretty apt me thinks . RARARA
It occurred to me one day that for newbies who want to learn what is venomous and what isn't, there is simple way. Just learn what a cottonmouth, copperhead and rattler look like and you pretty much have it. Coral snakes, yeah, but they are more rare and only a threat if you're handling them. If you're dealing with a snake that is not one of these, then you're ok. But still I wouldn't handle any snake unless I knew if I were you. There have been cases where exotics got loose. Like cobras, gaboon vipers, etc. So if you don't know what you're doing, then just leave them alone I would say. These days everyone wants to be the crocodile hunter. For some reason they forget what happened to him though. Lol.
Nice work! It's counterintuitive for sure but that air under the cot will make you colder than sleeping directly on the ground. The cot is more comfortable than a mat for sure but the mat will trap the body heat and insulate you better.
