It's important to understand that the concept of intergenerational trauma is not presented as a universally accepted fact within the social justice or mental health fields.
We don't know where to begin, but you are the most caring doctors that we have ever known Dr Emovon on RU-vid. You are “heroes" in your family. Thanks so much for curing me from bad breath, the world will definitely hear about this sir.#dremovon.
Why does Moderna only recommend for ages 12+ ? Aren't children more at risk from the flu? How could you recommend a treatment where no long term affects have been studied? Your recommendation is reckless.
I live in Canada. On Thursday afternoon I had an appt. with a thoracic surgeon to hopefully address the acid reflux I've been experiencing for a few years now. Yes, YEARS, not months. I've stopped taking medications because they just weren't working. The thoracic surgeon seemed challenging to me, interrupting me when I tried to speak. I told him that I was no longer worried about what was going on, but now I was SCARED! He asked me why. I told him that the frequent acid being in the stomach, & flushing up into the esophagus. I even have excess saliva. I have regurgitation. I was floored at his response...he said "don't worry about the acid going into the esophagus...it's very rare that someone develops Barrett's or cancer...very rare! He then proceeded to talk about all the possible side effects of the surgery. It was as if he was trying to convince me to not consider the surgery. He went on about it at least twice. For any physician to say that acid reflux was not dangerous should be tarred & feathered. Making reference to a test that's 7 yrs old is ridiculous too. So what, the mannometry test of 2016 was normal. The result of the Dec. 6/2022 test clearly stated I had acid reflux & the acid in my stomach was elevated!!! The surgeon said he wants to do an endoscopy to see things for himself & he would have his secretary call me with the arrangements. I left the consult in an angry mood because of his rudeness & saying that acid reflux isn't dangerous. Of course it is when left for so long!!! I called my GP's office when I got home & advised he secretary that the consult did not go well, & that I want to go back to the General Surgeon to have an endoscopy. She'd be able to see what's going on. Unfortunately, my GP wasn't available, but her secretary sent a message. As of yesterday morning, she hadn't heard back from the Dr. I went out shopping, & when I got home I had a message from the Dr. office saying that she had replied to the message sent to her. They don't answer the phones after 11.45AM on Fridays, so by the time I got back home, it was 12.10PM. So, I'll have to call her office come MOnday morning to see what she had to say, or what she suggests we do now. Don't ever let any doctor worth his/her weight tell you that Acid Reflux isn't dangerous, or that irritation of the esophagus, rarely happens. By the way, I looked up the Thoracic surgeons reviews from patients. & one commented on the surgery he'd done for esophageal cancer. Really??? Had I known about this prior to the consult, I would have thrown that info in his face, & said.."well considering that disease of the esophagus is very very rare, you did one... Enough of this b.s. I will await the info from my GP & take things from there. Sorry for the rant, but people out there need to know there is help..but be careful about the physician you choose in the long run.
I don’t know if it’s related to gerd but i had ths feeling of being anxious all the time and also abdominal discomfort gasping for breath in mid night numbness in hands and upper left back pain
Im experiencing those symptoms I was diagnosed with GERD 2 weeks back. Im taking medications im also experiencing internal tremors or vibrations below my heart.
Aside from the diet, the best thing I've done for GERD is to buy an adjustable lifestyle bed and sleep in a sitting up position. At least now I can sleep through the night with the reflux waking me up all the time. I am diet adherent, and cannot tolerate the meds (they make me worse, not better). The reflux is worse at night vs the day. The only thing that I can think of is that while sleeping the nervous system is operating differently and the LES loses some tone (ie., it relaxes more). I read somewhere that the lower tone at night while sleeping may also occur because there is less swallowing. Terrible disease with poor QoL. I wonder if there is any research in this area, because the management options are considerably lacking.
Thank you for your question. Speaking in general terms and not to any specific patient's situation, a moderate stenosis/stricture from EOE can improve with the treatments that you mentioned. When swallowing difficulties persist, a dilation is considered as a next step. The physician screens each patient to determine and recommend if dilating the stricture will lead to the quickest resolution in symptoms.
Dr Joshua Remedy right now that l have my PHD in biophysics, l can agree with him that seamoss has all the essential elements needed by the humau body, a perfect balance 👀👀

My experience with Inspire was not good and I subsequently ended up with a $3500 bill for something that I can’t use. Additionally, I have a scar on my neck and my chest. This thing sends out an intermittent pulse, kind of like a frog projecting its throat and tongue. It’s not continuous. It was disturbing enough to keep me from sleeping. You seriously need to heed my comments and don’t listen to the doctors and the Inspire people, who are solely out to sell their product.
