Today’s game favors novaks game. Slower courts allows players like Novak to play like he dose. However a true fast court favors players like Federer who has that attacking game. This is why Federer would be the only player to have a chance against Sampras and Becker in the 90s
He was always trying hard to keep his arrogance below surface but who was watching carefully new what he is all about. Those guys always pay for it, Novak and Rafa humbled him several times at those magic match points that he is talking about, especially Novak
Did Rafa beat Roger from match point down as well? Even in a GS? As far as I know, Novak did it 3 times in GS, 2 US Open semis in successive years, and the infamous Wimbledon 2019 final
Every guy who‘s complaining about the courts getting slower check the court speeds over the years. They even got faster on some occasions and Novak has a winning record against Roger on the faster courts. Stop searching for excuses, I fully agree that Roger is the most talented player ever and the most beautiful to watch. But Novak is the absolute GOAT. And the argument that he only is because of courts getting slower is just based on fantasy not reality.
Roger’s is good, understatement of the decade. Roger’s styler of play is much more pleasing to watch But you are not incorrect in naming Novak as the goat.
@@rdmalonso1 THE GOAT no longer exists. We had one for 12 years with Federer, but Djokovic surpassed him with his stats. To be the GOAT, you have to play like Federer, have the best stats and be the fans' favorite. Novak, in tennis terms alone, is only a very good player and will have been less popular than Federer and Nadal and a few other players.
@@forrestboulay832The fan favorite doesn't matter in the GOAT debate. It stands for greatest of all time. Players and most fans have always said it was grand slam total. So it's Novak. We can't change the bar now that your favorite player doesn't hold that title. Federer was also lucky he came when another era was ending with Sampras and them and scooped up many of those fans. Nadal took the rest. Djokovic was a third wheel for much of the early part of his career because many fans felt he was playing spoiler to the duopoly.
@@badmanskill1112 The best Federer beat the best Djokovic. A 39-year-old Federer has two match points against a 32-year-old Djokovic in a Grand Slam final. The roles are reversed and Federer wins in 3 short sets. Djoko's game doesn't transcend tennis. Djoko cannot be considered the GOAT. A GOAT is beyond doubt.

*But not at Wimbledon* (Djoker defeated Roger three times, in three finals; Roger defeated Novak only one time, in 2012), *where Roger was the king* (8 Wimbledon titles). No one has ever had Federer's class, genius and elegance in tennis. This is incontrovertible. Novak and Roger are the greatest tennis players ever.

Unfortunately Federer fans seem jobless posting videos everyday trying to demean Novak as much as possible....Probably that is the only way to make themselves happy...Good Luck Anyway 👍
