@@DanielleGriffiths-z3u glad you like it. Yes, it would be cooked wonderful in an open fryer. It would work in an air fryer as well, but probably would not turn out as crispy as it should.
Hello, what a good day today is going to be a very good day with your tutorials. Thank you very much for sharing my friend. I will definitely try your recipe. My friends will be very happy. I wish I was there. You are wonderful. I would like to see more videos from you.
Of course, apologize for the late reply. Here is the recipe if you are still interested. 240g cake flour 4 eggs 3/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 150g butter 150-250g sugar (depend how sweet you like) 1/4 cup heavy cream Zest of 2 lemons Juice of 1/2 lemon 1/2 tbsp lavender *** glaze *** 3/4 cup powdered sugar 2 - 2.5 tbsp lemon/lime juice Dash of lavender Preheat oven 350F Melt butter on stove over medium heat. Turn off heat. Add lavender and lemon zest, let it sit for few minutes. Add the heavy cream and lemon juice to the butter mixture. Sift cake flour, baking powder and salt together. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with a mixer until light and fluffy, about 5-8 minutes. Gently fold the flour to the egg mixture just until incorporated. Add the butter mixture in several additions. And mix until combined. Bake for 45-50 minutes until lightly golden brown. Insert a toothpick and if the toothpick comes out clean, it’s ready. Mix all the ingredients in the glaze, drizzle over the the cake after it’s been cool down. Enjoy! I will be posting all the recipes for my short video from now on, so you may find them there.
