The manifest with BNSF5203 leading might have been held out of BNSF’s Cicero Yard somewhere between west of Downers Grove and Naperville on M2. Sometimes if a train needs to be held out of the yard it’ll be held on M2 between those two villages/cities since there are no grade crossings
@@MetraBNSF I have considered that scenario as well but I rode the Metra from Naperville to La Grange and I can’t recall passing it. Just wondering if they have other options than to hold the trains short of the yard. But maybe I did pass the train and I just didn’t notice or my short term memory loss kicked in again… Thanks for the comment 👍🏻
You are correct. It was a very disappointing ACe day. There were a few, which you can see in the other videos of this day, and there were some hidden behind other trains. But just one in this video. 👍🏻
Great catches Rene! Have you checked out the old Port Orange FEC Station at Herbert St? I have caught several trains there in the past. Back in the 80's this building was used as a feed store.
It’s pretty nice in Folkston, quiet town with friendly people, at least the ones I’ve met, and a nice atmosphere. I found though that the mornings are kind of quiet, just the Amtraks. The party starts after Noon. At least the two times I’ve been there. 👍🏻
