Generally speaking, what does home insurance cost for this community & what are the CDD fees run for Hardford Terrace? specifically the Mill Run home plan on their garden 40' & Classic 50 ' lots? Im flying out to Orlando Jan 2025 for a week to look at this community and others in the area that are <45 mins from the DT Disney area... Seriously debating relocating to this area in late 2025, early 2026
How do you see Potential growth in this area? I see there is another toll brothers community in South Apopka area. i.e Bronson Peak. Is it advisable to make it a primary residence considering schools and neighborhood?

@deepupillai9092 I would watch Benny's videos as he does an excellent job describing locations, amenities, etc... for all different price points. His videos are the main reason we reached out to him. We told him we we're looking to move in 3 to 9 months and bought in one day. That may not be typical but doing research, watching his videos got us prepared.

You left out the most obvious attractions: NO CRIME, No PRIDE mafia parades with naked old men, No “culture” folks blasting their music, no worry about being raped or robbed when going for a morning jog. That alone makes this paradise.
