There is somewhat of a rate buy down going on not as much as their usual 4.99% at the moment but always connect with me first so I can try to get you the best deal and terms. I was there just yesterday and they had an amazing deal that wasn’t made available to the public. Not all appliances are included you get the dishwasher, range, microwave. They have a package where you can pay for the others but it’s cheaper to get them on your own vs paying for the package from the builder.

@@rudeyute2k CDD’s come out of your property taxes. Basically HOA’s set and enforce the rules of the neighborhood and the CDD pays for the amenities, roads, and overall infrastructure of the community. Not all communities have them.
