I wonder … with what colours I will paint this new life.
I hope you’ll have a great time here.
If you’re interested, I make gameplay videos of various games (and mostly lesser-known ones) on my main channel: ru-vid.com/show-UCGAcgC8oT1h57UIh_GraD3A
P.S. It has come to my attention that RU-vid has been adding ads to my videos, even though I didn’t monetise them and I’m not even eligible for monetisation. Even if I became eligible, I refuse to monetise my current contents, especially when most of them are about fangames and similar creations. I also find it unfair that RU-vid is making money on the back of others and worsening the viewing comfort for everyone even when ads shouldn’t even be activated. As such, I recommend that you use any adblocking software you may see fit when watching any videos on my channels. Thank you and have a lovely day.

Indeed, this one is made by Ryemanni who created Rayman Redemption (a fanmade Rayman 1 remake), and it's basically the Redemption equivalent of Rayman Designer. gamejolt.com/games/Rayman_ReDesigner/539216 The levels you see here were created by a user named Ravey Davey 1993 and you can get more from the community on websites like Rayman Redistributor, but the game comes with four levels by default.
Ravey Davey levels are truly the classic redesigner levels, too bad he stopped making levels since long time ago, but i cant blame him because im also getting burned out of making redesigner levels
Truly some legendary levels! Yes, it’s sad, but I understand why he may have stopped. I got burned out too and that’s why the dozens of ReDesigner projects I had are still not finished, aside from pure lack of time. I’m still not giving up, but there’s definitely a point in the future where I’ll really stop.
Fun fact: the Twitter account for Songs of Conquest (a spiritual successor to HoMM) referenced the legendary king of Orilios! We gotta add Spazz to the game as a custom wielder!

In rayman redemption i choose like the easiest difficulty (cuz i suck) so i could not experience it but i do have rayman redesigner and turned off infinite lives and it sends you back to the title screen
So, the original game doesn't give you a battle with Mr Dark, huh? Nope, so we're gonna compensate for that... let's give him THREE boss battles in this game. XD

You’ll need a Flash emulator to play them, such as Ruffle.
I might have only been stuck with dial up internet in 2001 United Kingdom but I am pretty certain I was able to access this demo at the time whether or not it was in French. So yes, I can confirm this was very much a thing.
Thanks for sharing, I didn’t get to experience much of the Internet during the early 2000s and I only found out about this demo by pure accident a few years ago as almost nobody has been talking about it online. There might even be more to it than what I could play through in the emulator as looking at its files through a decompiler shows things such as different colors for the Game Boy interface, a loading screen and an identical level but with a taller tree for the cage… I’ve also just noticed some small details like taking fall damage (yes…) if you fall off from the vine or the tree at the end, so maybe I could make another video later.
EDIT: I’ve just made some more discoveries in this demo which I’ve detailed there: raymanpc.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1476447#p1476447 For example, you can take damage by falling from the vine and tree, softlock yourself in a few spots, display instructions by hovering your mouse over the Game Boy’s buttons, or do funny things by ‘mixing’ Rayman’s animations while he’s climbing or dancing. Credits to Droolie for sharing the Flash demos and for making the English translation: raymanpc.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=614763#p614763 0:00: Fanmade English version. 0:41: Original French version. You can find Rayman GBC’s web demos in the ‘Other games’ subfolder after downloading the bundle from the post in the link above. You’ll need a Flash emulator to play them, such as Ruffle which was used for this recording.
The background in the first section is actually taken from the NiGHTS GBA mini-game, but I edited it a bit! The other custom ones are edited sprites and textures from Rayman and NiGHTS (plus Earthbound for the Giygas cameo in the final one).
