This Video is a myth, our next 2 generations at least will not see a ring road in Pune., PMRDA since formed not taken single big project under their supervision, except merging of Pimpri Chinchwad navavikas pradhikaran in it. any part of the world first they develop the road and then develop clusters around it, here these people plan to develop cluster first and then the road that too without funding from state and central what a joke..
People are happy about ring road but not me. They want our house n land but don't give us proper details. I hate to say this but ring road project is all about big builders.we don't want to go out side of pune. Feel so helpless.. hate this project🙄 agar garibo ko hata k bade builder ko our amir banana h toh Kya fayda ase development ka.

Pune is becoming jst like Mumbai.. Ppl r constructing multistorey houses on agricultural plots where road width is jst 10-15 feet.. All illegal.. They come on streets if authorities serve notices to demolize.. Big hearted individuals pay fine to make it legalize.. Wht we r talking & complaining abt? Go to ny upcoming areas & gavthans, they r very similar to unplanned Mumbai areas.. This is WE who do it & all these politicians & Govt office officials come from these WE, they r not aliens..So first lets improve ourselves & then talk abt who is not imlementing what..
All these big-ticket projects are just the MO to get big funds, and line up pockets of builders, politicians, and their political parties. These politicians don't give a damn about the projects (or the city) as long as they get their cut. So called "guardian minister" of the city is there to ensure best interests of theirs, and their cronies, is protected - city can go to the dogs.
Only Devendra Fadnavis had the vision and the will to do it. Otherwise there are some 'Janata Rajas' in Maharashtra who built fortunes for themselves but could not help save the farmers.
Metro plan sanctioned, ring road plan sanctuoned, hypertch city plan sanctioned..had fadanvis been elected 10 years ago, this would hv been in real..anyway late aaye durust aaye..
