That's Awesome! 'We just bought to an Aliner. It's a fixer upper. I am wondering how this will hold up to that type of camper. Let me know if it works for you and I will make another one. When I sold my fiberglass camper I gave them the dolly.
@@connellyoff-roadadventure3265 Of course, just let me know when you will be in the area. You'll have the entire cabin to yourselves. If you visit in the winter there's actually a lot of fun stuff to do around here.
Sorry Chris but when there's a good deal you take advantage of it. You can never have too much firewood or too many pallets. Glad you stocked up now because that delivery guy may not want to return after such a chastising HaHa!
J.D.S.P is a very nice place. I visited for a day but that was bout thirty years ago! Great seeing all the cute pups having fun and bonus, you even had a special guest star! Tell "Swanny" I said HELLO!
There is so much to do at Q.W.P most people have no idea. From the really neat "Frisbee golf" course to volleyball, the large dog park and the "Splash Zone" for the kids. The entire Q.W.P property was donated by a family and set in a trust for future generations enjoyment.
I have the same stove and pocket van. If I want to just remove the stove, do I cap the propane after the connection is removed, as shown in your video with a wrench?
Hi. I am not sure how to do that but if I were to remove my stove I would probably get rid of the tank all together. I would do this because I do not use my heater. Good luck in your project and happy camping!
Hey that was a lot of fun! How far away is Spook Hill from Mount Dora? My uncle lived in Mount Dora for many years and I visited annually. I always though Spook Hill was really cool and would have liked to go. If I find out it was close to M.D. I will be disappointed.
@@connellyoff-roadadventure3265 Mount Dora was named the top 10 best place to live in the state for like 8 years in a row and a couple years it made number one! My uncle did his research because he moved there several years before it made that list. A beautiful, laid back place.
I remember you ladies from La Fitness in Coconut Creek. I’m watching videos about JW Corbett and I’m like”wait a min. I know these women”.. lol. Gonna off-road for the first time this weekend there since I just bought a truck. Hope to see you there one day
That’s awesome! Kristen remembers you. Congratulations on your truck. Hope you enjoy it out in Corbett. We’ll have to meet you out there one of these days.
@@connellyoff-roadadventure3265 I had some great ideas for fun videos but gave up completely. Nobody is watching and it takes alot of time to make and edit as you know. Plus, if you don't make at least one video a week you'll never get decent subscriber numbers. Instead of being fun, the pressure to make a video became work and I have plenty of work around here already. After my last video only got sixty some views after two weeks I was disappointed and knew it was time to stop. My wife said she's going to take over with gardening / preserving / canning when she retires in April, we shall see. Hope all is well with you and stay safe!
The only time I was at J.W. Corbett was hog hunting about 30 years ago. It was hot, flooded and full of mosquitoes. I am very happy to see you choose a gorgeous day to visit unlike dummy me. Always enjoy watching your adventures!
Awesome sunset ! If that was the 18th, I got the same coming back from Hungryland gravel bike ride. I'm not a hunter, so seeing all the bones etc is sad. I'll go back once hunting season is over.
I'm going to check out that rescue-app. Last year I was stuck (lost my keys) way back in DuPuis and waited several hours for AAA to show up, which they never did. Fortunately, a woman with a van drove past and gave both myself and my dog a ride back to my house in Jupiter. Now I always carry a spare key in my hydration pack.
Great video, how nice you had perfect weather and a fun neighbor. I'm out there 3 or 4 x / week to run my pup on the gravel road while I ride my bicycle, and also go out to hike, when the deer fly have left. The gate you went through to hike goes all the way to Indiantown Rd. My other local fav is DuPuis.
Thanks. DuPuis is pretty awesome too! Good idea taking the pup and getting him a good run. Next time I'll have to hike down that trail a little more. Just left Corbett a couple days ago. Lots of campers out there. I'll be posting a quick video of that soon.
@@connellyoff-roadadventure3265 Cool, I've ridden my gravel bike through Corbett from one entrance to the other (approx 20 miles) several times, but never hiked or camped there. Hunting season and cooler weather means the parks are busier than ever.
Like this cap. Many others have an outdated design and missing features. The other better one I found is from Australia, they more concentrate on midsize trucks but also have RAM versions.
Thank but you are incorrect. These are Galvanized steel pipe coated with black polyethylene (PE). They sell them at Home Depot. Here’s an example of one. Click on product specifications. www.homedepot.com/p/The-Plumber-s-Choice-1-1-2-in-x-72-in-Black-Steel-Pipe-1572PBL/307780439
Thanks. The rims came off of a 2023 Ram Rebel Gt so I don’t remember the rim or tire size. But the tires are Terra Nitto Grapplers I believe. We did a 2 inch level kit
You are absolutely correct. I did go ahead and check for leaks with a leak detector and all is well. I will see if I can add this into the video. Thanks for the heads up!
Such beautiful nature indeed! Your van is super cool and roomy enough, perfect size in my opinion. Sorry you got stuck but hey, like you said, learning experience.
