Cool tutorial. Here is something to consider. If you know any woodworkers, they could probably build you a base out of some scrap wood about 8 inches square. . In the very center drill a hole and conter sink the screw so it doesn't scratch your table. Figure out a way to use a wing nut, and some washers to hold the disc in place. Clamp the assembly to the table. This way you don't have to use tape, and your hands are freed up to apply consistent pressure to the disc. Thanks.
0:42 "Cuz this stuff right here is just taking up space I don't even play it" ...bro that describes like 95% of your stash lol. Let it all go, it'll feel good. Shelves and shelves of stuff doesn't just take up physical space but it's an emotional weight as well. It's difficult to describe in words. But almost everyone I know that sold off their hoards of games felt like their love of gaming was enhanced in some way, myself included. And I don't mean to spoil endings, but, we all gotta go someday and we can't take this stuff with this right? So at some point we will need to part with it anyway. Why not make it on your terms? Get some money for it while this stuff is worth something? It's possible that in 30+ years most of these games could end up like Atari cartridges and you won't be able to give them away. Anyway, good video! 👍
I was thinking like $3,250 The gaming market is so weird. I bought ogre battle 64 for $65 and when I tried to sell it I had it for just $36 and not a single person wanted it but then a few days later someone had bought it from another seller with the label torn in half for $78. Is what it is with retro games
GC good to see you bro! Enjoyed the last vid btw. Place looks great and I also love the name! Owner looks cool and has a great sense of humour haha. Cool to see a fellow subscriber. Great to see you save the time and support this new store. Respect man.
Yeee! Great meeting you bro . Always good to meet solid individuals. Ill be back on the 22nd to sell some games at one of the tables at the game swap. If you can make it that would be cool. We'll have a few drinks. 🍻
Good to hear you got a good ROI on those snes games. Now that you open the flood gates be careful you dont go on a selling spree. Mad people i know start off selling here and there ...and then BAM their collection is gone. I can't play that game haha
I got it all in the first 3 months of 2021. Been sitting on it since. I dont go out my way to collect for snes. This just basically landed on my lap. My entire collection below ps4 era was basically free from flipping and hunting.
@@GacktCognac damn ehhh not as cheap as i thought then that kinda stuff was still semi pricey back then boxed stuff..but then you have alot of descent titles but no chrono triggers or the like, saw that castlevania IV in there then you kept the gem cherry Hagane tho
Got em all for an avg of 5 to 7$ a game that aint cheap enough for ya? Basically sold my doubles and recouped all my money back with the same week i got em.
Who lunchbox rick? He never came close to even getting anything as good as i picked up. Lmao dude was so trash he had to fake pick games at the thrift store. Planting mario karts in random wiis and dvd cases like look what i found! That could never be me.
Brings me a lot of joy seeing your channel grow so much dude. Amazing you're running into subscribers in the wild like that! I hope to see you get that much more often in the future cus all that means is that your channel is growing that much more 💯☝. Always gunna support the Gackt from here to the 100k mark!! Dont forget the Doctor when you get there, brother!
I’m thinking of cutting down my collection as well and only have games that I’ll eventually play. Most of my collection I paid next to nothing for about 4-5 years ago so even if I were to sell or trade to my local game store I’d still be up. I may do that this week who knows
@SammyBoi-y2k some of the older stuff if you dont dump it now it'll be worthless lol. Cause that generation is dying. Noone asking about atari nowadays. And itll be like that for the later stuff and so forth.
@@GacktCognac nice bro i hope it was worth it/got your money back at least see thats what alot of these clout collectors wont tell you, they buy all this crap then when they go to sell it phoenix/retro rick types anally rape these "Collectors" giving them like 50% of the value back..especially if its in a time of need and they need quick money so everyone who thinks they are "investing" never get their money back or break even.
my stance still stands on what I said. Just because they showed some refreshments in a new trailer. Its still not enough to sell me. They though if they hid Angela in the trailer then they wouldn't get the backlash, however they already admitted to making this game for modern audiences and had to beg people to play the game. thats rather desperate if you ask me.
@@Xhanatos I'm sure it was very funny to watch the comments of people who gobbled up this excerpt and asked for more. The feeling is like the moment when everyone in the cinema applauded when the pyramid head was shown in the first Silent Hill movie, feels like you are among imbeciles
Hey really great guide. what is the polishing pad made of? i tried today with a kit and its left micro scratches think i need something finer. The polish pad i used was like fluffy Cotton or wool.
I won't buy it at launch, it also seems strange to me and I haven't even played the original. And Metal Gear also seems pretty low budget to me running on a good computer.
