I had a Russian Blue cat ("Natasha") for 15 years. I can't think of ONE "con" about owning her. She would follow me everywhere and if I was in a room she would sit on a chair/bed and watch me (almost as if she was "guarding" me). When I took a bath she would sit on the bathroom sink and watch me as if she was afraid I might drown and cry out hysterically if I put my head under the water and made "bubbling" sounds. She loved to sit by the windowsill when the sun came out and groom herself (as long as I was in the room).
I lost my friend Jon wayne (cat) mouser!! I have been blessed with a Turkish van “white” with orange spot on side . Awesome companion, not a mouser! Darn it , 14 lbs. three yrs old. 👍🏼😸
Bedlington whippet. Lovely dog. Also have a bull whippet, and another Beddie whippet who's fathers side was actually 100% golden retriever. Part lurcher, part sofa, the lot of them.

I am from Poland; this race is very rare here. I know it only because my grandparents had one when I was a child. A very smart and friendly dog; went hunting many times
I retired when our Griff was about two. In the past 45 months we have walked almost 3,500 miles around town. He's well known and well loved all over town. His best friend is probably a rottweiler, we stopped to see him yesterday. They looked at each other and each made little cry noises, let me play with my buddy. In the summer I pack extra water to wet down his fur to cool him off. In the winter I have to put on multiple layers so I stay warm, but he loves the -40 wind chill. Our longest walk was 6 1/4 miles on a shady bike trail. At one point we had walked 1,128 miles in the previous year. I don't know where I would be without him insisting we get our exercise. I don't hunt him, but in town he points birds, squirrels and rabbits all the time. He patrols the yard to keep rabbits out of the garden. As a pup he had a natural zig-zag search pattern. Some of his lineage is large and he was a first litter of only four. So he's exceptionally large for the breed, topping off at 85 pounds. He's gentle with kids and other dogs. Quiet around the house. Takes a nap with my wife. Goofiest thing he does is find worms on the ground after a rain, pick them up in his mouth, carry them to a place where he drops them then he rolls his head and shoulders on them.
This dog is still not degenerated by show breeding. The Dogs of Our Ancestors On eBay These dogs are not purebreds, but they are thousands years old, older then cities.

Assuming money isn’t a problem, what is the first step to owning a thoroughbred Egyptian mau? Is it like a pet smart thing or do I go to Cairo and grab one off the street?
Over half the birds your showing arent even fringilids, let alone canaries. Also what do you mean a "cage shouldnt be too large"? Larger the cage the better. They are meant to change their plumage in winter, not letting them do this can cause them to be in breeding plumage for the entire year which doesnt let it rest and moult. Canaries are 100% not poultry like what. Poultry are ground birds. Canaries are the only domesticated songbird. Mutations, breeds, and subspecies are not the same. MY GOD green singers are not canaries, and you didnt even touch upon feather type, and type and colour canaries. There are no subspecies of canaries, and breeds are not the same as mutations. Breeds are the type of canary eg border, lizard, opal etc (in which there are type canaries (such as borders. These change the shape of the canary) and colour (lizards and opals which are bred for colour and pattern)). Mutations are seperate genes that sit between breeds, such as cinnamon and pastel canaries which are found in the breed of border canaries. I am writing this for the missinformed viewers that watch the videos that you make with a quick wikipedia search.
My lucky is a parson Russell, he’s 15 and we walk 2 miles a day, great hiking buddy. Lucky has never dug and has been calm all his life! Yeah he’s special.
Mine died November last year. Still hardly a day passes without remembering my beautiful Excalibur Croatian Blue (officially, Neo we called him) and the joy and hapiness he gave me and my family. Matter of fact, I still shed tears when I see a cat. Rest in peace, my good friend, wherever your cat"s soul may be.
