This is the trailer for the entire podcast, if you listen to any of the 170+ episodes, you’ll see that they are very practical 😁 And I’m also doing a podcast about AI so would love to chat with you about that sometime !
Owening information or IP is kind of like owening land its great when your the Cowboys not so great for the Indians. Problem is the direction things are taking now because we as organic are the analog to the Indians and AI well.... AI is getting a nice big possy together in the form of digital compute power.
The practical tips on self-care in your video really caught my attention. It's a refreshing reminder to prioritize my mental well-being. Thank you for sharing your insights on achieving a balanced life. I'm excited to implement your suggestions and see positive changes.
Getting up to three uploads per day in itself seems crazy! Appreciated the focus on balancing automation with human input in content creation. I will make sure to balance AI tools with human creativity to ensure authentic and valuable content creation.
Thanks, Alastair - this was a really helpful - and quick! - walkthrough that we can immediately apply. Having gone through the ups and downs of many of these steps the "non AI assisted" way, you've shown how we easy it is to get the idea engine running with fresh ideas.
Hey Mantra Magic, this particular video is a trailer for the podcast - it does have some specific advice in here from my guests, and if you go check out the episodes in full you'll find in-depth conversations that explore these topics in more depth. In fact, it's now at episode 140, so there's plenty for you to binge on if you're interested. HTH.
Hey @@ihatemyelinsheaths.7514 this video is just a trailer for the podcast, the full interviews are quite in-depth (40-55 minutes) where they break down what they do and how they do it, i.e. lots of guidance. You can find the episodes at TheRecognizedAuthority.com If you're looking to answer a specific question let me know and I'll link directly to the answer if it's on the podcast.
This talk is seriously amazing, and I am not just saying that! I know it's good because I put it on to entertain me while doing laundry, and guess what happened. I stopped instinctively because the points made were so well put, and the perspective of Kethleen makes so much sense!! Thank you for creating :)
Absolutely. I really like to think of it in terms of Pareto's 80:20 Principle. It allows us to do 80% of the work in 20% of the time. It's never going to give us 100% perfect output, and once we acknowledge that we can use it effectively.
Nice one Alastair. What I note from the progression (not only on a visual level) is the gradual removing of clutter and noise and an increase in focus. The message simplifies and the background noise recedes. It's remarkable how much work it can take to simplify and clarify.
Alastair, it was so cool to watch your progress over the years, I loved this video! I agree with you, too... there's no better way to learn than by jumping in and trying. I actually think there's something very beautiful about putting in the effort and growing along the way. Each phase of the learning curve is so valuable, even the steep parts 😊
Agree Alastair. I have been trying to get some "actors" together for a series on our tax credits in Arizona and it's been difficult with everyone's schedules. Today I said "done is better than perfection". We don't need to wait until we have learned everything there is about video production - we can do it and the practice will make perfect!
Thanks, Bill! I will be releasing a regular stream of content on here, hopefully some of it is useful for you. If you're a podcast listener you can also check out the podcast at therecognizedauthority.com/podcast
Great job all the way around. Lighting, sound, video are all great. Guests - you have great tastes. Additions - I would like to see you interview Steve Slaunwhite and Gordon Graham. (the white paper guy) Both have been invaluable to me as I learned to navigate asset development in B2B.
Hey David, thank you so much for the compliments! I've been working on the production quality so appreciate you mentioning them. I will check out Steve and Gordon, thank you for the suggestions!
Hi Alastair. I like your podcast. I discovered that through LinkedIn. Decided to "listen" to this episode on video. Very cool that you are transparently showing this. Also useful. I may have gotten lost but I don't recall you mentioning the exact products/services for sale you will be creating under Marketing for Consultants? See you on LinkedIn. All the best.
Hey Jacobo! Thank you for listening and for the good words! You are 100% right, I didn't mention the products & services yet, because it was still in flux. I have been working on my services offerings with my business coach. To give you a taster, the product ladder looks like this: FREE TIER 1) Seven Day Email Course 2) Webinar MIDDLE TIER 3) 1-1 Coaching 4) Group Coaching/Mastermind (TBC) PREMIUM TIER 5) Signature Course (TBC) 1+3 are available now, I'm working on getting 2+4 ready (about a month). 5 won't be released until I've done a lot more research. I'm also working on a book, so that should probably be in there between 2-3 in terms of pricing. Thanks for the comment & chat to you on LinkedIn! Alastair.
Hey Bridget, thanks for your comment. I agree - Heather is fantastic! I hope you heard her full episode, it's called "Time Management for Superheroes" :)
