I really enjoyed this discussion! I learned that AI-generated content can be a bit of a legal maze. First, I didn't realize that if I use AI, I should be careful about what I put in because it might become public info. Second, any output from AI might not be copyrightable if too much of it was created by the AI and not by me. That makes me think twice about using it for my business! Lastly, it's fascinating how important it is to have clear rules in place when using these tools. Overall, this really opened my eyes to how much we need to be aware of what we put out there when using AI!
Owening information or IP is kind of like owening land its great when your the Cowboys not so great for the Indians. Problem is the direction things are taking now because we as organic are the analog to the Indians and AI well.... AI is getting a nice big possy together in the form of digital compute power.
