No need to apologize talking about dogs. I have two little girl shih tzus. We do not do fireworks at our age, thunderstorms and fireworks make one of my little girls, extremely anxious. She shivers and shakes and pants uncontrollably. Our vet has given us trazodone however, I don’t use it anymore because it takes two hours if I hear about a storm coming and give it to her the storm usually passes if I wait until I’m sure there’s gonna be a storm it’s not taking affect in time so I end up just holding her and if it’s during the night I huddle her as close as I can feel shivers and shakes hopefully one day I can find something that works a bit faster. Thanks for sharing Indiana’s story.
@melindahands6341 Thank you! Your poor shih tzus! I know how hard it is to watch them shiver and be scared. Indy gets gabapentin. It works in about 30-60 minutes. So not always timed great but it does relax her more after the stress of the pop up storm (we get them a lot in Georgia). I hope you can find a good solution that will help your girl! 🥰
I will definitely teach you how to pronounce the company name! I also sent a kit in the garage too! Everything about was awful! Sometimes you just have too! It’s Canada Day today so there’s been fireworks all weekend and tonight… rescues are the best! Btw I love your pen!

Putty is sensitive to the weather and this heatwave has been nasty. I’m going to go pop myself in the fridge if I don’t get this AC fixed soon. LOL!

@dennissmith500 I felt the same way when I went to try them. I ended up cutting up a standard piece of paper to some of the common sizes. That helped me understand the sizes and what I would like.
@CraftingwithMary I should put it away because I have to walk around it. I end up living out of my luggage for days after I get back. Then it gets to the point it annoys me and I put it all away. LOL!
@CraftingwithMary I'm trying to do better about it. When we moved into this new house, I purged a bunch of clutter items. I still have work to do, but I hope to continue to get better.
Jenny’s not a candidate for kidney transplant because her lupus will reject the new kidney. We watch her kidney blood values very closely. Jenny is so positive. She amazes me. I her mom have terminal brain cancer and she keeps me positive!
Her lupus doc said if I wanted Jenny to have a higher quality life and a longer life I had to move her out of cold snowy winters and head south. This my employer transferred me to Atlanta and we both moved in 2001.
Lupus runs on Jenny’s mom’s side of the family. She almost died as a junior in high school. Lupus was in her brain which is very rare. Since then she’s been in kidney failure 3 times. Such a fighter. Again proud of you!
