Oh Jenny thank you so much! The first order and the first RU-vid review. I squealed like a schoolgirl. 😊 Thanks for the great tip about putty in the heat. Putty is sensitive to the weather and this heatwave has been nasty. I’m going to go pop myself in the fridge if I don’t get this AC fixed soon. LOL!
