My wife's lasted 14 months, then nothing. Battery is fully charged, but the jacket doesn't turn on or heat up. Nothing, nada. Warranty (if you buy through Amazon) is one year. I've spent an hour on the customer support line so far. Not optimistic :(
Mine lasted 13 months than died, only to be told "sorry out of warranty" - total waste. Battery is fully charged, also tried another pack, the button on the vest never lights up. Finding out lots of other people also had the same problem. Do not recommend this product.
just bought the jacket, and they no longer add the outlet adapter WTF. a note in how to charge said "it is no longer included as part of their environmental goals"
I just got my coat this morning. Let it charge all day. Went to take the dogs for a walk in the blistering cold temps. Turned the battery on and turned the coat on. It circled the colors and then went red. Then circled the colors and then went red. Then kept turning completely off on our walk and NEVER heated at all! 😭
