Dear harrimansat. On what pin of the pcb did you mesasured the output signal of the sensor? I assume you supported the pcb with 12volt to work. Thanks in advance.

@@harrimansat Yes, the COM port is recognized and the driver is correctly installed, I made some tests with a logic analyzer and confirmed that the PC is sending correct data to the serial port (pin: Tx). I saw on an EEvBlog forum that other people had the same issue when they changed their operating system to newer. What operating system do you use to communicate with the THS7xx? Do you know if virtualization (e.g., VirtualBox) it work with THS7xx? regards
Updating here, I solve the communication issue. The problem was with the cable used (CH340 chip). Now, using a cable with an FTDI chip and rearranging the pin order, I got it working. older scopmeter have a reflective LCD, they don´t need backlight and they work better with sun light for exemple. Backlight ones works better with no exterior light but not with sun light

Hopefully soon someone will copy this circuit so we can clone these probes. Would be great to have more affordable device that is similar. A ready made quality device is Definitely worth a few hundred dollars. But examples on eBay regularly bring nearly $500. Just can’t believe no one’s made something similar in all these years.

Which was the error code of your unit? Mine does 7 flashes when I read the error on the diagnostic socket. I've already checked the gap on both sensors, cleaned both piston and filters, checked the relay, changed brake fluid, but haven't reached the clutches yet. My last hope is, the clutch maintenance... When I reset the error, both abs indicators flash together, after a small distance they flash alternately and a squeak is coming from the unit.
You can see in slow motion, the second clutch doesnt move, only a little . Is what the ABS do when it makes the test each time that you start and move your bike
@@harrimansat Thank you for your reply! I did today a good clean in the clutches and my unit worked perfectly! I used brake cleaner and 1000 grit sandpaper and the clutches engaged instantly! Your video saved me. You're the man! 👍
