Been watching his videos for over a year and I have corrected so much of my workouts cause of his training videos. Some workouts I forgot about he brought them to my attention. His calm and easy going personality helps not frustrated me.
Man I just found this guy and his videos and advice is so helpful and now I find he has died . That is so sad . RIP John you were great and your videos a true legacy of knowledge .
