It has since been completed with paint and posi trac install etc. I have a few walk around videos on my page. But from this video.. it’s iron 6.0 with 5.3 862 heads. Summit 8718 RV/ towing camshaft. Th350 transmission with stock converter, dual flow masters with a H pipe. 400 CFM Carter Competition Carburetor with shorter headers. MSD 6014 ignition with Edelbrock low PSI fuel pump.
I have an Elantra with same problem since 15 days a go. Is a headache. I reviewed and quit the panel, it takes so much time, you must disassemble the glass, wires, conectors, bolts, handle.... the actuator is very hide behind the door. i couldn't reach it. A new actuator cost 50 usd. If You know a trick tell us.
I had to remove everything you stated to replace them. It’s no other way around it. Took me about 2.5 hrs to replace two. You can get the actuator on eBay and save cost unless you want OEM…
@@alleycatparts thanks a lot bro. I will try to loose the counter piece on chasis, maybe it block the oberture. It is absurd. I spent a full day to watch out the system detaching all panel and wires. If have good result i'll tell you.
I'm surprised there is no recalls for this issue. Same thing has happened to my right rear passenger door, got the dealership to fix that one and now it's happening to the left side passenger door! Driving me nuts! Update: right after I posted this initially, I then tried your method and to my surprise it popped open!!! Thank you sir!
Your gonna have to use a small screw driver or pick to pull cable from inside or pull from under outside door handle. It’s videos online showing this… least it will get it open. Sorry the other way didn’t work. Did you try hitting it multiple times while pull door Handles? Sometimes it takes 4-5 good hits
Just a heads up it's best to use the lower vacuum port on the elderbrock that will give you full intake vacuum I saw the one you were plugged into was partial vacuum for the vacuum advance distributor. That will help you get more accurate readings.
