Hi! Why is it that when I import a video, I can only drag it to the audio timeline instead of the video timeline, and it says "Contains Audio Link" instead of video? :(
digging the anamorphic bokeh - did you enjoy grading and coloring the black magic footage in da vinci? I make movies as well and just filmed a documentary portrait a short documentary about a man following his dreams in New York City, if you don’t mind taking a look Joshua :)
Cedar rapids Iowa is a very racist place it's like 85 percent white trash who smile In blacks folks face while spitting in your faces Iowa had alot of sundown towns too most Midwest states are racist asf we are hated every state we go don't trust the fake smiles and wierd vibes r.i.p devonna walker killed by racist niebors in Cambridge townhomes in northeast cedar rapids
Looks good to me! I didn't pixel peep, and pretty much never do. I've owned the GH1,2,3,4,5 and now 6. I know they can be a bit on the digital-looking side, but I think you did a good job of taking the robotic look out of it and giving the shots more feeling. Just curious, is there a camera that gives you an image you're currently more happy with?
Great stuff! Really appreciate how you walk through it step by step showing exactly how you choose where to put the lights along the way w/ the false color. This will be a great help when doing more tests w/ my new gh6! Thanks!
I tried shooting a full wedding video on Cine D with DB ON and I used a vintage lens Tokina 28-70mm f2.8 atx pro. Not too bad just need to expose properly. I’m not really a fan of Log as I do run and gun set up AND 99% handheld shots. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wLZAB7eNcug.html
I have to disagree my friend. Just shot some test footage of my own. With Dr boost in vlog... The image is MUCH cleaner with way better DR than with Dr boost off and I just can't find any noise all the way up to 8000 iso after the image is properly corrected and using ettr. I would not shoot with Dr boost off. This camera with Dr boost on is 10x cleaner than footage from my gh5
Thank you. That's really inspiring. This channel has been so focused on tips and stuff that everyone else is already doing. I haven't been inspired lately. But this kind of work is really what keeps me wanting to do more. Using my gift to help others.
@@JoshuaBoothCreative you’re most welcome! And I hear you though, you’re also trying to attract views and more eye-balls to your work. Some things do work better for the algorithm. But in the end, people (like me) want your creative voice, eye and the stories that you want to tell. So definitely keep on pushing bro, you got this! 🔥
Man you using iso 2000 and ND filter what you expected? Nd is aditive glass and even if you have super expensive nd glass (what mos of peoples dont have) you will still have much worst fotage... Its apceptable only in situation when you have not proper lens on light situation but use nd for dr test is nonsense... Try it without nd in low light situation and look like fragments in blacks is missing with dr boost. High iso degrading your fotage soo you want lower possible iso for save that image quality and thats why you have this problem... Your iso is too hight (dr boost used in not correct situation/exposition) and nd filter bring aditive fragments where he coud. Recording black man in overexposed situation with nd filter and dr boost are very unefective conditions soo you shoud learn where and how you shoud use it before review
Bro i am planning to purchase new camera for my short film.... Which camera you suggest BMPCC 4 k vs Sony a7iii vs Pansonic gh6 vs Fujifilm xt4..... ( Note :- Preference easy to use and get cinematic look in post production)
I know some Lumix lenses have I.S. and then the sensor has I.S. but there is ANOTHER form of stabilization in there, forgot what it's called.. but that's the one you wanna turn off, for sure. It looks like you had it on...and if it was on, while u were walking or moving the camera, it'll make those same exact jitters / glitches.
Nah he forgot to turn on IBIS and lens IS. I use a Lumix G7(No IBIS) with an IS lens and even my footage doesnt haev the micro jitters he has. But the footage is good. Another reminder that stabilization isnt as important as poeopl think
@@JoshuaBoothCreative For those interested, here is intercepter121's explanation. (YT wouldn't post with link) "In the GH6 the implementation of VLOG is similar to what is done in the GH5s and the S series. So when you shoot in VLOG the camera is applying a negative adjustment of 1 1/3 stops behind the scenes. This means when you are shooting at the 250 base ISO the camera is actually internally working at ISO 100. In addition the GH6 no longer underexposed middle grey behind the scenes and it is spot on the grey card and in the RAW linear data."
