I produce professional video documentaries and write historical books about ancient and medieval Turkic and Steppe history.
The areas of interest include the Xiongnu, the Huns of Attila, the Göktürks, the Uyghurs, the Khazars, and other various Turkic and non-Turkic peoples of the Eurasian Steppe Belt up until the High Middle Ages. Furthermore, topics like the ancient religion of Tengrism, the Transeurasian Theory, the ancient Turkic law and organization within society and reasons for migration are also included.

My vision is to bring these mostly forgotten peoples back to life by utilizing state-of-the-art technology without neglecting historicity. My mission, meanwhile, is to tackle obsolete cliche-driven narratives about these "barbarian" peoples and thus create a space in which everyone from all over the world can experience these stories from anew without any bias.
