Also Angela are very powerfull by resurection also its not like heroes 5 where You lose 10 ore 20% base heal for this spell also give a morale If im not wrong
You font know how dangerous are hoplit skeleton are the hardest dead from might atacks also You resort 25% of skeletons and recover If You Make a right move also i hâd luck in a duel to have over the limita skeletons short i multiplied
@@MutantBray its not bad first You have tot bone every hit closet to these skeleton will suffer 1 dmg Earth and second of All 4 atk and 6 defence also 16 HP whitch mean If You are a mighter necromancer You killed them all
Zombiez plague yes are a Little great. Ut are youre second life why 6 troops undead You ușe recent and zombiez very very unusual but when You fight that zombiez save youre așa head hero(If hero îs defeat You know ge cant be ressurected îs like hero îs dead because he was defeat and lost hîș head If You understand me more XP)

I agree also for dire wolfs and hell hounds That rat guy what is not a rat anyway :) its the 2. unit of the Dwarves faction expansion faction. Rakshasa has high HP and attack but sadly slow. Troglodyte i would may put them into A its a tier 3 troglodyte first time in Heroes games Bears also 3. unit for Dwarves Rhino is 5 unit for Dwarves.. That was not the crowbowmen but the legionare the spearmen. May be you hadnt got the crossbowmen on the list strange. In H5 and H5.5 mod treant are so weak not useful many times sadly.... Here is a Tier 7 shooter so its way better! Hidras slow but tier 7 also and the upradged one can life draining ! So better than in H5 , The big Swordsmen is Tier 7 also with Angel you can choose and Angel have lower damage than Swordsmen
The Rhino is what the champion unit just its defense made higher by every tile. Mino have the highest HP in the elite units attack is good and always hit first and also upradged why they can not retaliate so why not S? Guardians sadly slow but the twice attack is not bad! I think mages almost the same as in HV same tier perhaps too and they can hit quite well mainly with Nova. For priest yes sadly i agree. Upradge one can retaliate back shooters though Dread knights are good against champion units Tier 7 units with their skills that they kill 1 for sure with every attack

Great thank you! I liked HVII after patches and expansion and DLC-s. Also there are 2 kind of mods now one is more anime-Smite game like and Warhammer like. THe other is more closer to H3 ! 13 and 12 factions are there ! ANd many new things. Sadly still online multiplayer is not so good there... Freezing lagging, crashing sometimes. Did you heard about the new Heroes game? Olden Era? It will be more similar to H3 and mainly to H5-H7 in features
I'm pretty sure I already made 1 of these but Ill just do it again cuz I'm bored. shadow chicks are all straight garbage, ill give the upgrades both C simply because they are upgraded but they both suck. Lack of damage and low hp. Only saving graze is the casting. Build path is fine however. Paladins and champions are Easily the best tier 6, S+ and unupgraded are A tier. Way too quick, jousting ability and good damage is bound to make a good unit. Besides you can even get more by haven special castle ability. The unique ability from both are also quite nice. Build path is a little annoying since is cost lots of crystal, but you dont use crystal pretty much anywhere else for haven so it quite doable. Pit fiends are kinda overrated. Incredible annoying creeping because you will lose units garanteed by that dumb ass fireball, but if they throw out the fireball they become useless after. They have good hp and damage but lack speed, iniative and defense. Pit lords are great early on but the later the game becomes the worse they become. Pit spawns are the opposite of pit lords, they become better as the game progresses more. Upgraded both A tier, gating also makes them quite good because you can abuse the ability's and casting. Build path is eh, not great but not the worst. Wights are terrible. Slow, low def and hp, high damage tho but that doesn't mean shit when your dead already before you can hit. C/D tier. upgraded are pretty much the same unit with the same problems. Low speed and low hp. The ability harm touch is only usefull for the very early game and becomes useless after. C tier unit tbh. They have incredible damage tho so gotta take em out. They can be raised but.......why would you ever do that when vampires exist. build path is fine. treants are great. Upgraded and upgraded are quite the same however imo, just a slightly better version. The tangle ability is so good for keeping units in place, forcing them to fight against a tier 6 with the defense and hp of a tier 7...... all while having extra growth too. They are also always never targeted so in big teamfights these mfs stand tall. Obviously they lack speed and iniative and damage but they are incredible good for their faction that it doesn't matter too much. They are great blockage for shooters. The build path is easy but the price is annoying, costing lots of wood which is needed for the shooters. I have said it before and ill say it again, rakshasa are amazing units. S tier imo. Unupgraded however can go into the bin lol, c tier at best. the unupgraded unit looks good for its stats, high damage, no enemy retal and high hp, but they are too slow too do anything. Besides, the build path is TERRIBLE so you will most likely unlock colossus before you unlock these cats. The upgrade first, the blue 1 is A tier and the yellow 1 is easily S tier. Fully buffed up might be S+. The artifacts with extra iniative and movement speed makes them literal unstoppable. They will have 0 weaknesses. High hp, high attack, high damage, MULTIPLE units it can attack and you can even buff its iniative even more with it's ability. I really suggest playing academy 1 time and getting to late game with these yellow cats and buffing them up with academy artificats. It's really just unfair lol. I do get your reasioning of not placing them in s tier without artificats. However they always impress me with how hard they hit and having a mini hydra attack, except it actually hurts lol. thanes are interesting. unupgraded are High A. they feel like a tier 7 unit lmao. Chain attack, teleport, high speed. literally unfair lol. The upgraded ones are S tier, s+ with runes. These mfs do NOT shine in 1v1, you always want them to go into their side and just start swing everybody. The chain attack just causes so much chaos and damage, combining that with couple of those broken runes such as the 1 that it attacks every adjusted enemy and it feels like a literal cheatcode (kinda like the yellow cats but on even more steroids) I also think it fits dwarven very well. Dwarves lack speed (not that it matters since runes exist anyway) and thanes provide that good speed to go in a cause trauble. The build is annoying with the crystal but doable. (forgot to mention the flame thane version is terrible in late game when you have ruines) Wyvers are...... bad. Yea not much to say tbh. unupgraded are b tier only because of the regen. without it it would have sit comfortable at the bottom of D tier, even below the shadow bitches. that regen saves it from being useless, since it can help with creeping. upgraded are like c tier imo. while yes they are better they will have lots their purpose in the orcs army anyway. What I forgot to mention is that wyvers don't even benefit from blood. the poison attack is fine and chain attack is a much worst version of thanes chain attack version. build path is garbage too, good chance you unlocked cyclops before these boys. I rarely even buy them after the early game, hence why I put the upgraded version lower. (yes they are better but are less USEFULL which makes them lower tier then unupgrade version) I really recommend you try out the yellow cats sometime and just give them 1 movement speedbuff by tactics, speedboots or artifacts from wizards and you have a tier 7 unit in your hands, he's that good
@@fumb3335 lol shadow witches are the worst tier 6 to me, no question. Wights are good with some good utility as well. Everyone just loves the rakasha for no reason, ur talk about wights not having any hp and defense neither do they lol.
@@MutantBray they literaly have 140hp which is the second highest for a tier 6 behind treants. Their defense is low tho, but I just like em running infront kinda like paladins killing of a stack right at the start, which gives your other academy units such as mages and titans time to shoot down the rest
@@fumb3335 ya but see that’s the problem I have with that unit or hell hounds. They get one good turn to go up there and fuck somebody. And that’s great, then they just get fucked and die soon after
@@MutantBray I agree with hell hounds not being that great for doing 1 hit and dying, but rakshasa are usually left alive for atleast another round or 2 simply because academy has other prio units the ai likes to target. Even if rakshasa end up being focused on, it gives titans mages and gremlins lots of time to shoot down the rest. Besides, if you think that rakshasa dying after 1 round is bad, it kinda makes paladins garbage too since they end up doing 1 hit and dying right after. Only reason I think paladins are better is that the haven town ability is busted and you get up to 24 of those horses a week (realistically your not getting that many but the fact it's possible is crazy)
@@fumb3335 the paladins take a bit longer to kill and can also hit multiple targets, same as rakshasa. They aren’t bad units, but to me they have always been a bit overrated
unupgrade djinn not being completly last kinda suprised me, but i get the priest at the bottom ig. I feel like tier 5 are quite difficult too rank compared to other tiers, because most of these mfs do so many different thinks that it is hard to compare, so I will try to give my ranking based of how usefull they are for their faction and general price/growth upgrade djinn are kinda asf imo, die way too quick. Incredible damage and speed with nice buffs and debuffs, but that doesn't mean shit when you are death before you do any of that. Ai loves to target them. Easily c/d tier. they are somewhat easy to build tho slayers are c, chieftain A and executioner S. Man these mfs hit hard with blood, combined with that insane growth makes these mfs solid units. Low hp tho but that don't mean much when you have blood. build path is a little annoying but the resources should be fine (besides ore) both upgrade priest are a A-. Quite solid stats and ability, 80 hp, no melee penalty, caster en ranged (altho the ranged is kinda mid) Makes for a quite a solid unit and quite usefull for haven to buff up champions, angels or crossbowmen. Difficult to kill too with the high hp and no melee penalty. I do think they are quite replaceable which makes them A-. Upgrade is afforable for haven since you dont use many different resourses besides ore. Nightmares and stellions are both S imo. 1 of the fastest units in the game, fear and frightaura are both incredible good and the damage is good too, combined with inferno extra damage from the hero. Only weakness is def and hp but they are perfect front runners, also quite usefull for inferno since the tier 7 of inferno (arch devil) can't reach the opposite side without tactics or speedboots. The horses would also fit perfectly into all factions (besides maybe dwarves) They cost lots of sullver tho which is annoying liches are high A tier. Incrediblely dangerous on range but the minute you block these guys, its game over and they are useless because of the lack of movement speed and melee damage. If you can protect these mfs oh boy they hurt. build path sucks. unicorns are difficult for me to rank. They are kinda just good in everything, but nothing perfect. They have 7 speed which is good, but not good enough to reach the opposite site without tactics or speedboots (kinda like the arch devil) they have 12 iniative I believe which is good again, just not perfect like the horses. They have good damage but quite a big damage range. They have good hp tho. They also have the resistance aura, underrated ability. imo they are A since they lack a identity and are mostly used for magic resistance and outlivingfor sylvan. Unupgrade ones suck tho C tier, too fragile. build path is easy and somewhat afforable Hydra unupgrade C tier, upgraded S tier. MAJOR upgrade. Big Hp upgrade, great ability for creeping and saving loses, all tiles surrounding him are always in danger. the reason they work so well is that dungeon lack growth and need to keep the unit lose as low as possible, which makes hydra's perfect since they have regeneration. They are also the only thank for dungeon (you could maybe count mino but they have terrible defence, good hp tho). They have bad attack/damage and speed tho. I feel like purely because of their actual purpose and how annoying they are, they are to me S tier. easy build path too but can be alot of crystal. Dwarven shooters are..... mid. I guess B tier?. They are ranged which is kinda nice but they are in all aspects to me a worse lich, except for their 1x1 size. oh and they have nice growth ig? this unit never seemed special to me for dwarves, I used them to increase range damage and that's it. I don't like building them either, cost alot of resources which are needed for other units.

@@MutantBray Rune priest always just seemed to lack the ''It'' factor. I always tend to compare them to liches and priest and Ill much rather have both of those then the rune priest. The multiple hit on units is quite good tho ill give you that. The casting is fine nothing special imo. Regular hydra c is generous tbh lol. They are straight doodoo. Slow, low damage, low iniative and a cerberus like attack doesn't make for a good tier 5 unupgraded unit tbh. a unupgraded hell charger is quick, good damage, lower hp but has fear which is way better imo in those earlier stages. Priest and liches can shoot. unupgraded Unicorns are kinda meh tbh so you could argue they are better then them. Djinns suck but they can cast and are quick and high damage, but that hp is simply too low too even make a case for them being better. Slayers and rune priest are both way more usefull then unupgraded hydra's. Unupgraded hydra's are only c tier compared to the other unupgrades. they aren't absolute terrible, but they generally lack usage for dungeon in that stage of the game
Grim raiders are easily S tier those mfs fucked up my tier 7 in the first move without even having a chance. Despite that they are quite quick and have 60 hp which is the highest for the tier 4 . Only weakness they have is that they are quite ass against tier 1-3/4 imo, but any tier 5 and above get deleted by that reduced defence. Brisk raiders are terrible, never use them. Easily B- Also Imo brawlers are easily D tier, with the upgrade both being C. they serve 0 purpose. Slow speed, low hp, low damage and bad for creeping. They also serve 0 purpose in dwarven for creeping or big teamfights. normal griffins are D tier imo, way too fragile and 2x2 doesn't help. meanwhile imperials are A/S (battle griffin are A? maybe B tbh I never use them) simple because that dive is incredible strong and forces your opponont to move their shooter or risk loosing nearly all of em. Shamans imo are kinda ass, I like the buffs for orcs tho but they rarely get any value besides that. Earth daughters can be quite strong with lots of blood tho. Sky daughters are garbage outside castle battles. mages and druids both S tier (unupgraded a/b+) such good units and always dangerous. I prefer using druids but mages have lot more potential. I think both fullfill the same role in their respective faction. unupgraded vampire c tier tbh, kinda ass without that quick ass speed along with teleport. Never saw the appeal in them unupgraded. Upgraded however is easily S tier with the most potentional out of any unit. Prince are meh to me, too much of a gamble with that ability of theirs and they lose no enemy retal. Still tho that +1 is nice. would still rank em high if it wasn't for vampire lords being busted. succubus unupgraded is overrated asf. Facing them while creeping sucks because you will lose something but in any teamfights they are useless, same goes for the chain shot succubus. They just make the oppononent lose a couple of units and well..... that's it. They never kill shit and don't do THAT much damage. The mistress however is busted and easily S tier, a free puppet master is just stupid. I think this is 1 of the better tier list you made, damn near perfect. Feel free to give your opinion

golems better than bears???!!!!! Good one Sir ! Academy is king in late game with those crazy artifacts. "Initiative+movement+luck" it's just priceless. Orc is the worst of them all imo, and that comes from someone who likes the rage thing.
@@diggintiger177 academy creatures kind of suck tbh, compared to others for the most part. That’s why they need the artifacts to be any good. Yes I do rather enjoy stronghold and while they are decent they def have a lot of weaknesses compared to other towns

@@diggintiger177 yes but it’s easy to get to those shooters because the only benefit to gargoyles and golem is really just their magic resistance. They aren’t awful units but that utility is def what carries them and djinns def aren’t very strong either. Which then only leaves tier 6 and while they aren’t bad again they are carried by needing artifacts or to have multiple units be next to each other to truly shine. Please feel free to watch my duel mode series I have going on and you will see that academy just does not compare to some other towns.
I believe they get stuck sometimes because the AI wants them to. If you hold the control key as you attack with them they do not return to their initial spot after striking.
I'm surprised you placed the Succubus Mistress so low, I remember it being a really useful (or really obnoxious) unit. Although I didn't play the expansions much, just the base game. Not as OP as the druids and vamps which are ridiculous, but I would have thought they're easy upper A tier.

Why did u put the Titan over Storm Titan? The lightning ability does less dmg than normal shot and the cloud from storm Titan can lower the dmg of enemy shooters to 90%. I think that this single ability puts storm Titan higher than Titan.

This list is perfect basically. The Spectres in S Tier in particular I strongly agree. Coming from a Guy who literally thinks Necropolis is super overrated (I can beat Necropolis like its Tuesday with every Faction, even on Heroic and against other players). But the Spectres I admit are the saving grace. But Master Hunters are the single best Tier 3 Unit Hands down. The Fact that they can be boosted with Elven Luck and Double Shots is just stupid. (Once took 8k Skeleton Archers with only 600 Master Hunters in just two Shots and it was hilarious)
@@MutantBray Not really, I actually destroyed 7 Armies in a row with the Pit Fiends and Succubus alone. I did add The Cerberus and Horned Demons and the Occasional Arch Devils for Back up but other than that, the Fiend and Succubus combo literally is broken.
@@MutantBray Aye. But despite all I said, I say Sylvan has the All Round Strongest Forces outright. (The Pixies are kinda questionable but Numerous and their Area of Effect Blast is good) but Those Emerald Dragons and The Treants are Borderline busted together. And your very right on the Hunters and Druids being the Backbone for Sylvan, I say they are S+

Honestly, what's the point of making this video for a game that has been improved to 5.5? How many people still play the problematic in so many respects Homm V?
Right from the beginning, regarding Priests for example, you mention that they have nothing to offer offensively and they are decent defensively. On the other hand, you comment on Inquisitors' and Zealots' spellcasting, that's why you rate them higher. Yet, in HOMM 5.5, Priests are also spellcasters, all 3 of them have increased damage by 50%, compared to the ones in HOMM V, with the twist that they deal half damage in ranged attack. Also, Chaos Hydras have lost the No Retaliation ability (it has been replaced by the Unlimited Retaliation) and you mention that they regenerate each turn, which is not the case any more. Liches have also become spellcasters btw. Coupled with the fact that your title remains the same, I am pretty sure that your comments are for HOMM V creatures, not the ones in HOMM 5.5. That's why I will have to insist that your video is all the way pointless.

Good call to not put cyclops upgrades in S tier, not only because they can damage your own units (especially the Untamed one), but they also have ranged penalty, so they deal far less ranged than melee damage - which combined with the aoe attack can cause more harm to your own units than the enemy. Bloodeyed is definitely better, because he only damages units in a line, so it's much harder for the enemy to line up in a way where the cyclop damages your own units. Red Dragon is certainly S tier. Magic immunity isn't always important depending on a matchup, and Incinerate deals an obscene amount of damage with no retaliation. They're also infinitely better against neutrals, since you can cast light magic on them.

Wraiths are only S tier in small battles, during larger ones killing one creature, even t7, isn't that impactful. Upgraded Thanes and upgraded Rakshasas are potentially one of the most broken units in the game, depending on your access to runes/artifacts - Thanes with rune of berserking/battle rage can potentially wipe out huge chunk of enemy army, while Rakshasas with initiative bonuses can sit at over 20+ initiative and run circles around the enemy. It's hard to tier them "in general". Base Rakshasa and Wight are definitely the worst t6 though. Witches can still shoot and cast spells, Wights and Rakshasas are mostly a canon fodder.
@@Xertaron. hey when there is only a very small number of wraiths left and they are able to kill a t7 guaranteed with each hit it can be pretty impactful. Yes both of those upgrades are great, rakshasas are a little on the weaker side but can sometimes hit pretty hard. Nah witches suck. Low damage and ya they can cast but not much and not many times
@@MutantBray Yeah, but Wraiths are good specifically in small scale battles - further the game goes, the worse they get and the window where they're S tier is relatively small. Pit Lords have the same effect, while also dealing regular attack damage and can trigger it on counter attack and can cast spells on top of it. Wraith can only kill one unit and only when being the one attacking, while forgoing their regular attack, which situationally is very good thanks to no retaliation, but it's not something you're going to throw left and right, unless again - it's a very early battle with few t7 units. Witches are a bit underwhelming, but doing moderate ranged damage is better than being a liability in most combat situations, like Wights and base Raskhasas are.
@@SajSen02 necropolis has always been my favorite, probably because that’s the first one I ever played with. But sylvan is def my second favorite. Love some, ok with others, and hate the rest lol
The Magnetic Golems are SSS+ tier in campaign, where you can get to crazy high spell power numbers and have Armageddon at the start of the mission. Just leave them as the only unit on the field and cast lucky empowered Armageddon and watch as you win every fight with 0 losses, even on impossible
I really can't agree to Pit fiends and their upgrades decision. How can you even compare them to the champions or treants? For the rest, I agree with you totally.
Because fireball is good, and either one of the upgrades abilities are good as well. Now if I had like split of the tier even further and had A+ and A- sections added for each tier then yes I would agree with what u said and that there are other creatures that are stronger
@@MutantBray The low initiative is what makes them weak, in my opinion. Yes, great kit definitely, but 8 initiative means they don't have a chance to shine so often. Also, if they're interpreted as a high threat, that means they would be targeted sooner than later.
