I really enjoyed watching and the interview was great very informative.the power of fasting got healing because our bodies naturally can heal itself but we have to stop putting rubbish in.
12 hours into my 72 hour fast 🎉 I have South of France booked for Sep 25th so that’s my motivation to do rolling 72’s until then (maybe on holiday too but unlikely😅) love seeing you post! It’s so motivating ❤

switching to decaf and using blue blocker glasses (at all times) has helped with my migraines. I haven't had one in three years, and I used to have them all the time.
Best of luck! I’m somewhat failing miserably! Was able to do 14 and 21 day fasts in the past, but I’m struggling this go round. Having a sugar free iced coffee every morning then water the rest of the day. Ugh.
I completely understand with having to start over with your fasting journey, and exercise. I am in the same position right now. I am currently starting R72 fasting and I am going to do my best to stay on track. I’ve been eating whatever and gaining weight. The lowest I’ve gotten down to is 189. I am back up to 205 🤦🏽♀️ I am also 5’9. My goal weight is 170. Your videos are very motivating for getting me back and focused on my journey, thanks for taking the time to vlog and sharing what it’s truly like to struggle sometimes with weight loss. We got this! 💪🏽❤

Been on my grind, sis. Been doing a combo of 48’s and 72’s. Weight is stuck now. So… tomorrow starts a 7 day to hopefully jump start things. My 47th is on 8/4 so 🙏🏽 I can get 10lbs off before then. Then back to rolling fasts. BTW- I ❤ your hair!!!
