I'm the opposite I want the cold weather lol. I'm from Texas sick of this damn heat for half the year, during cooler months the weather is bipolar you have summer and winter in the same week. The cost living is reasonable depending on where you live, but your money goes a lot further than other places. I do plan on moving have a disable child and Texas doesn't really have any support or services. I've considered AZ but it would have to be the northern part where it does get cold and some snow. I hear a lot of good things about AZ so I do plan to visit even if I don't move there, I'd still like to experience what the state has to offer.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. Phoenix is the worst city in America. Hottest temps in country, worst road rage in country, crime, racism, monsoons / dust storms, scorpions, valley fever, nothing to do.
The west coast is the best coast , I lived in Las Vegas for 3 years loved it and road thru Arizona and loved it as well planning on moving to Arizona soon !
I personally think az is better then Texas and Cali which I’ve lived in both LA and Lubbock ,LA had too much of everything not enough personal space Lubbock was nice but not enough to do AZ and Phoenix over all was the best even with inflation a house for 500k in LA is a one bedroom no yard and no parking
Been here for 7 years from the East Coast...nothing compares proximity wise like the East Coast. AZ is literally 5hrs driving from everywhere. East Coast you can change cultures, weather in less than two hours. I can see why California Black NAtives can deal with Phoenix. Very nice city but the COL in comparison to the wages is not it and I work in a high salary field.
I know I’m late but just subscribed thank y’all for the information I live in Maryland now and have a few relatives that live out there and I’m trying to decide if it’s a fit for me
🌹 Hello 👋 I have been living here in Tucson Arizona for 2 years now Congratulations 🎉 on your 5 years living in Arizona , I love love living here in Tucson Arizona it’s beautiful sunny / Amazing , I have been thinking about moving out of the US to Edinburg Scotland 🏴 I really really want to continue my journey but for now I am loving Arizona , I got the real Plug 🔌 Much Love ❤️ “GOD” bless 🙏
My hubby and I have been watching your channel for the past 2 months and we're so excited as we're getting ready to move to Arizona in a few days! 😭🥳🙌🏾 We would love to book with you guys We are definitely looking for an Airbnb! How can we find you? Congratulations to you both! 🙌🏾🥳🥰🙏🏾
Phoenix is white man playground They white guys are very racist.I got all kind of degree they don’t know give opportunities here. They let black woman shine but not black man
I'm from Baltimore and I took my family to slide rock it was wonderful even took 5 gallons of that amazing spring water from the spring back home ! thanks for sharing
Aye man it's cool to see u guys happy with your experience there and inspires me because I've been looking into places for years and nothing has struck me like Phoenix and of course the desert and how close you are within some hours to all sorts of places to see. Im from Indiana and I dont have much any friends or ties to staying here but it sucks bc im 22 and dont have any clue of how im going to get to where I want to go, feel financially trapped. But thx for this bc i wont give up on my dream and one day ill be there 🙏 but also bro if u dont mind me asking what's your guys field of work? I work at a credit union and was thinking of trying to get up into a corporate type position one day to have the funds to actually move lol. But I'm just curious when I see these kinda videos, what kind of work do they do to afford it? I just want to consider whatever careers I can because besides my making music I dont got much of a direction
I don't like Phoenix it is too hot and I don't like seeing all those sisters with those white boys. Plus, if the power grid goes out in the summertime it could be lethal.
Smog in Arizona? Try California or the East Coast! Cleaner air during rain? Rainy days are low pressure days. Smoke from industrial pipes stay close to the ground on low atmospheric pressure days. Las Vegas and California will empty RVer wallets!
When you say you want to move to the high country, do you mean somewhere like Anthem or are you talking about like up there around Prescott? PS: love y’all’s energy. Y’all seem like really good people.
Is your area of Arizona windy? Here in Boise, Idaho we are really breezy almost all the time and about twice a month we get CRAZY winds with 50 - 60 mph gusts. Fences shake, roof shingles blow off and random trash gets blown into my yard. Is Arizona pretty calm with weather patterns or is it pretty breezy / windy like here? Thanks for the videos! All the best!
Keep the videos coming, thank you this highly appreciated and thank you for current news that's going on in Arizona as well with telling yall journey while living in AZ. 💣⚡️🌅
Hey there! I see that you guys are in my neck of the sand, Lol. I just bought an investment property in Pinal County. I moved here from Georgia a month ago, and I'm loving it! Now, I'm searching for my forever home in the Queens Creek/San Tan Valley area, which is only 20 minutes from my rental property. I'm planning to drive out to Blossom Rock tomorrow. Thanks for sharing this information. It's really helpful for people like me who are new to the state and looking for a great place to live and invest. Keep up the great work! 😁
That sounds exciting! We're on our investment journey too. Pinal County is definitely on the rise, so you're making a great choice. Best of luck with your investments and finding your forever home!
You hit the nail on the head. This will be even bigger than Eastmark. They have big plans for the whole Superstition Vistas area. Hope all is well, Jason!
Thank you! We have a few bookings coming down the pipeline. No traveling nurses just yet, but we're hoping to get some booked soon! We're trying to be like you! 😊
