Heyyyy y’all! I always love your videos! My family and I moved to Gilbert, Arizona in 2018, and LOVED it! My hubby lost his job when the pandemic hit so we came back home to Delaware. Once my daughter graduates, I would love to come back out to AZ…hopefully housing will be affordable again lol 🤞🏽

Hey y’all I’ve been in in AZ 2017 and just last week my family and I moved back to Chicago where I miss home cooking and I can get a real breeze when the sun goes down and tired of hibernating in the summer and coming out the house in the winter months and the cost of living sky rocketed since 2017 a 3 bedroom at that cost us about 800 a month with 2 bath now to qualify you have to make 3 and 4 times the amount of the asking price

I have to say first, your baby dog is so cute. Secondly, you nailed it on everything you talked about. I hear ya, I try to avoid summer months as much as possible. That is why I am looking toward getting work from the comforts of my home job. They're out there for that type of work. Lastly, I am a Hoosier also y'all. Born and raised in Columbus, IN just 40 miles south of Indy. I like Arizona at first butbthe longer I stayed I started not liking it.

The heat is so bad. Even in the winter the sun is harsh. Skin cancer and kidney stones are some of the fun things I received. I moved to Boise for my health.

Just wanna say, I agree with everything but the traffic. Because the ENTIRE West Coast (Seattle down thru LA) and Northeast Coast traffic (Boston down thru DC) is WAY worst. No comparison! When I'm in Phoenix during rush hour, I'm like 'what a relief.' Dallas and Atlanta traffic is quite a bit worst than Phoenix too. Now, from a small city or town, yes. Traffic is Phoenix is probably really bad. Great Vid and Channel! Appreciate y'all!

New subscriber here! You guys are cool with lots of information to offer… wishing you lots of success on your channel. I’m a California girl and I’m read to leave! I’m debating between Dallas or Phoenix. I’m also a little interested in Maryland or Virginia but I believe it cost much more to live there compared to Dallas or Phoenix. This is a hard decision. Im only 22 and I plan to leave when im 24, in the summer time of July 2024. Im single and I have no kids. I would like to find love and just live my best young and fun life wherever I go. Having lots of fun things for people in their 20s to do is important to me :)

You're really dreaming !!! Personally at my age and 65 years of experience, I can tell you that finding the thing you call love will be full of those people that will break your heart.❤. Especially if you are looking for the man that is your age. The odds of you finding mister right in Phoenix are 1 in a 4 million. Overpopulated cities, drugs , poverty issues are visually evidence right out in the open. You better have some real money you will need it😅

The crime rate in Maricopa County has skyrocketed. 20+ years ago gang bang crime was unheard of, now it's getting as bad as Chicago, LA, Atlanta etc. The crime rate has risen along with the Demo voting migrants to Arizona.

Housing is cooling off in 2023. Houses aren’t selling as quickly and sellers are dropping prices so that’s a good thing because they were way overpriced. Public education isn’t important because we have the best charter schools and private schools in the nation. The trend is people are exiting public schools because they are horrible even in higher priced states . The traffic is horrible since I bought in 2018. I don’t even take the highway, the regular roads are crazy busy. I don’t miss the 4 seasons. We have 3 seasons, not 4. Crimes increased because our President has left the border open to criminals from all over the world.
