A few observations: he's kneeling down to reach. You can see his reflection in his phone when he looks where he is holding the device and the seat is wet afterward. Also, the Deeper sonar will not work unless it's in the water. It only connected immediately after he placed it in the water. Nevermind that there were no cuts after he cast into the water and caught two fish where he said he saw them. Not BS. Even the readout from the sonar appears different due to the angle.

@@jupitorman Yeah, was not possible as i only had a go pro with i used to film my iphone ... couldn't film in the boat and outside the boat same time ...
I have been in the Mediterranean for a few months and use it in salt water without any problems. I mainly look for sloping drop offs or stony ground close to the shore. I travel by kayak.
@@fischfindertest Oh wow that's excellent to here mate, that I won't ruin it, obviously its gonna need washing after every session but that's kool. Thanks for your reply mate I'll take a look at your channel Much appreciated
Incorrect. If there are 2 carp, 3 bass, and 4 salmon then there are three fishes. I lived in Germany for 3 years, they learn English from a young age, many of them speak it better than your average American can.
Why do you even have to be arrogant !?! Hello there are so many countries other than Great nation off america ! Did you know that average European know about 5 languages, why do you think that English is so superior that everyone have to know it perfect! From many languages, making direct translation many times sentence does not make sense, but people try, and i think he has done a good job. And be appreciative that he does that, so many can enjoy. I dont even care grammar, i totally understood what he ment, and many will agree that he has done more than a good job.

Fish move though. By the time you have done all that switching you could have covered all those areas the large beam showed fish in with a lure. Use a rattling lure and it may come along anyway, especially with a start stop pause retrieve
Hi ... a thermocline is an effect mainly occur in still water. In moving water the water layer are mixing all the time, so no or seldom layer can occur. Martin
Well, you can't compare it to trolling with a stationary fish finder. These mobile fish finders can be used well in the belly or kayak, where there is little space. But yes, you can create a map.
@@foghole9449 Yes, you need the attachment. On the line, the Deeper wobbles back and forth, so the depth reading is not correct. The sonar must always point straight down.
@@the-fishfinders1967 what about 10-20 feet? Is this a product that is only meant for lake trout at 40 ft depth or something? I don’t understand why it would default to narrow under 15 ft depth.
if it is that shallow, the Deeper cannot show a correct depth. The path of the ping is too short ... From 2 m or 7 ft you have a good depth indication. At 3-4 ft the Deeper also makes no sense, because the transmission cone is much too narrow to indicate fish. Tight lines Martin
You are right. The transmission cone is also not so static, and simply stops at a diameter of 8 m, for example. It is concentrated to the center and downward and weakens outward. The meters and feet are meant to give an impression of how the cone is constructed and how it works.
@@the-fishfinders1967 We worked with Deeper's team on this here recently. The math was corrected and they're thinking about adding the information in-app.
